The construction is abandoned. I'd love to take my key to a location, although there is a phone number to call. Such a shame.

I spoke to their manager. Today I called them back. You are never pleased when things fail, but mistakes and accidents do occur. I spoke again with their manager John and asked him exactly what the business was likely to do for us that he'd spoke to the owners. He explained the company would do nothing and that I"could handle it however I wanted." He hung up on me. I was amazed. Disgraceful!
Please don't use them. We have reported them and will be calling our attorney. We hired them to change just two dead bolts and set up two new locks. Their representative was surly and succeeded in drilling two holes that are large locks on our door off centre and not aligned with the locks, among these up against the glass while in our residence. 1 of the glass panes broke in our doors while substituting one of the dead bolts. They ruined 3 of our doors. Only one of that can be repaired without complete replacement. We had another builder in the time who offered the locksmith as saying"it was a mistake, but they will never notice." He then ended up leaving with the pane jagged and broken (a safety risk to my kids ) and two large off centre holes in my doors!

I would if I could leave negative stars. No notion of customer service. Incredibly undependable. Blatantly rude. We made appointment to have locks. We have to arrange to have someone there to meet with the locksmith. They canceled our original appointment had a tooth difficulty. We were totally comprehending and rescheduled for the exact same time next day although we had someone there waiting for them. 10 minutes ahead of our appointment we get a call from the angriest man on earth - their technician. He had an issue with our location. He had an issue with the fact that our guy had not arrived to meet with him. He was filled with attitude and issues. We pulled to spare without ever getting out of the car, and he left. We called to learn what went on and the shop couldn't clarify their technician's behavior. We predicted the technician and he said we could get someone else. Nice. Thank you Mount Clemens Lock & Key for treating us and wasting our time. We will not be back. You need to fire the guy now, you delivered to us.

Many times in automotive (unless it requires rekeying) the matter is not with the lock but the linkage. I won't come back here when they were the locksmith nor would I phone them out to my house.
Then I can not trust my residence or business to them, if they are not going to take responsibility for the automotive job.
I went here to get a lock that was stuck is serviced by them from the door of my truck. When I got there, they refused to work on it and said I needed to remove the lock and that they weren't responsible for the door. They've a BIG sign outside that states they work on automotive.
