I must say though that Mike's most ingratiating caliber was his consistent updates and explanations of exactly what he was doing, why he had been doing it and speaking to me as an equal (and not Only a woman )
Mike fabricated the shower/tub pipes AND the sudden under sink pipes to match my new vanity (since the original positioning was to low). He chose to home depot to pick up last minute fillers to get a few gaps from the tub and tile as well as the vanity to wall (my home was built in 1952, so I expected some unexpected problems to arise)
I highly recommend MVP for all your plumbing needs!
Mike and Rusty did an wonderful job in my toilet refresh! I surround in placed and had a brand new vanity and mirror and new tub. I switched to a single temperature control valve from the school 3. He was meticulous with every bit of this project.

Flake Flake Flake. The first time Mike came out for his"scheduled appointment" he flaked three occasions before actually showing up to do the job. I would love to at least say the job he did was good-wrong. The job wasn't done well and needless to say we've had to call him back to fix it. Well surprise surprise he rescheduled his appointment and totally flaked today with no warning. I have called numerous times and all I get is a voicemail. Do not waste your time, look elsewhere for a plumber that is more dependable and quality!

Two separate issues. Effective and Speedy answer both times. And at a price that is fair. Thank you!!

I got a call telling me that the man at 2:45 I got a call at which he said he was 30 minutes away, because he needed to find a kit, and He couldn't do the installation anyway. We agreed on the next day between 10-12. At 12 I received a call along with the owner (Mike) had asked the office to call me personally and cancel due to a crisis (he just didn't want to perform the install, in my opinion)
One star is much more than they deserve.
Mike said he would give me a $50 discount when I would reschedule. I told them NO I wanted the device set up by a trusted firm, and I didn't feel they were.
MVP Plumbing was scheduled thru Amazon to put in a water softener that I'd purchased .

Mike, the owner along with his helper showed up on time that the date. They do a complete range of setups and repairs throughout the Sacramento Region, and their website says they"have undergone technicians on-call 24/7" and reductions for Seniors and Military.
I had been impressed with the professionalism and his willingness to work to meet other objectives and my price of Mike. When I have plumbing requirements, I will definitely contact him again.
I wished to replace what most rational people would think about strange plumbing on the water line from the street to our house (thanks US Homes, maybe not!) - I could switch off our landscaping water without turning off the family water, although not vice-versa. If we went from town, I wanted to bring a valve to switch the house off. I got a quote from a plumber that had been doing some work for a neighbor, but it seemed high (and he did not really seem interested in doing this ).
The entire price even ended up somewhat less than his initial estimate, and he gave me a 3 year guarantee on the job (this could change depending on what job is done ).
I sent two plumbers a detailed outline via email. I explained that I was not in a hurry and that I had been price sensitive. One did not respond, the MVP Plumbing, offered me a better price. I let them know Tiffany wished to proceed , and contacted me within their office that.

We are in need of a task! And these men went out of their way to have it done the day though they were busy! Certainly recommend them. I think we found our brand new plumbers .

First time fairly and homeowner always worried about things going wrong or trusting the wrong men and women. . .mostly because I have. Mike and his firm was the first experience! I phoned SEVERAL companies to find someone out to assist. So many people were rude (even tho I rather knew what I was referring to ) and they ALL wanted to charge WAY too much for what I knew shouldn't cost that much! Mike was the person who talked to me just like an individual AND give me a reasonable price minus the sale. Doug (his partner) came the same evening and fixed not only my water heater but a couple other small plumbing jobs I've been intending to reach! Quality client service. I've found my forever plumber.

She called technicians, before finding one which has been open. They cleared. Problem solved. Sunday prices are generally higher, and Boyd's was $250.
The resident in my rental home called my home manager to record water bubbling up from round the toilet. The property manager named Mike Vargas Plumbing to remove the clog.
The following day, Sunday, the resident reported water bubbling up from round the toilet. The property manager named Mike Vargas Plumbing. Mr. Vargas explained that he was out of town for the weekend, also added that he had pulled out some tree roots and removed the blockage.
If you would like to avoid throwing away $250 and want a job, I can not recommend Mike Vargas Plumbing.
P.S. Mike Vargas Plumbing goes by MVP and MVP Custom Plumbing.

Mr. Vargas was very considerate, respectful and professional. He's an excellent illustration of exactly what this planet needs. Mr. Vargas is an asset to the community. Let's continue to support small companies.
I contacted MVP Plumbing via site"Thumb Tack" on behalf of an elderly disabled recipient who had a kitchen sink leak issue.
Mike Vargas responded immediately. I explained as she has no means to pay for professional services, the recipient was trying to find a volunteer.
Kudos to Mike Vargas, owner of MVP Custom Plumbing Co., to be willing to come out and volunteer his services to someone he does not even understand.
Mike Vargas said there will be no charge in this circumstance and will come by to see what he can perform and didn't hesitate.
On behalf of Recipient and myself Virginia Thank you very much for the time and effort.

Mike uninstalled the left handle and told my wife (I was not at home) that he can't fix it. And he proposes to replace faucet that is entire. He wants to talk to my house warranty company whether they can pay for this cost since the cost is higher. The cost would be more than $300 dollars.
No friend to use the service of this company will be recommended by me.
The sink in the bathroom of the master room leaked. My home warranty company, HWA, assigned it to be fixed by MVP. The technician, mike, came to my home. Yes, he'd fix the leaking of handle, which controls cool water. Sad to say, the handle leaked once he fixed the one that restrain hot water.
After few days, I predicted Mike for standing. Mike explained since he saw that my wife pushed the abandoned handle barely and broken it, that he can do nothing. I need to purchase faucet and they can help to install it. However they need to have extra charge for this service. Cost and all expense need to be paid in my pocket. My wife explained if he had been there that Mike didn't mention it. It's a'story'.
When I talked to my house warranty company's rep, who informed me that they got excuse from Mike. Home warranty company assigned it to be checked by another plumbing business. The technician said that the handle was set up by someone which caused leaking. And no leaking .
Can't believe that a licensed technician of MVP provided this type of service and generated a fascinating report in the long run.

Lines were backed up by one of those days when your kids use paper towels instead of toilet paper, then that turned into . I can not thank MVP over enough on helping us through our"crappy" situation. They had been on time, cleaned up after themselves, very cheap, and best of all fixed our flood jumble (even after hours). Thanks team and Mike! Highly recommend MVP for the"crappy" scenarios.

I accepted a quote from MVP after my entry. MVP responded quickly to this initial request using a $379 quote to put in a tub. So I picked also my preferred time that was offered by MVP and a date the site offered dates and time slots. So there's some trust built in that the firms they work with are reputable and proven with Amazon you pay upfront. As this review is written by me in the end of the day if they were assumed to perform the work no one has called me nor did they show up to perform the work. Both I and my renter took time off work plus I called the MVP office 7 days out of 7 to confirm what I paid for was today, to occur and booked. As you can imagine I'm frustrated and really disappointed with this experience. Nobody out of MVP called me prior to today as promised in their email nor today in response to my multiple voicemails although amazon have responded saying they will refund the $379. Btw nobody answers their phone because where they promise a call back, not certain when that is supposed to occur after they had been scheduled to deliver the service!!, all calls seem to go to some VM When booked through the Amazon service, beware of the company.

Michael Vargas is a real professional. We hired him to replace the shower head, faucet and all of the additional hardware in our shower. We had already purchased a kit and needed it to be installed by him for us. Because there was fitting and drilling demanded due to the difference in type of hardware we couldn't do it ourselves. For some reason that our kit was missing two bits that usually include a kit. Michael ran outside to catch the bits for us. Michael needed to order the piece because one of the bits in our shower is not standard size. I paid him day for the cost of this job and he told me he would call to let me know when the missing component would arrive. Just like he said, his secretary called me to let me understand the part had been arranged and that he would be able to install it next week. His level of support and communication throughout this endeavor was superb. I am quite happy with MVP Plumbing and certainly will continue to utilize Michael for our plumbing needs.

One star is more than this business deserves. I can not rate their abilities since finish an estimate and they failed to come to my house. On I phoned their office. The girl who answer the phone seemed unaware and stated that I had called and cancelled. I assured her that I hadn't cancelled and she conceded that she and somebody else had spoken. I asked her when we could re-schedule and gave the benefit of the doubt to her. She asked me some simple question regarding the character of this project and responded"Just take a photograph of the site and the equipment and we are going to provide you an estimate. Considering that the task was to install a tub within a confined space I believed that a physical examination would be the only way for a precise estimate. The business didn't show-up and that I afterwards learned that they had cancelled the appointment without telling me. These individuals are what make it hard for other companies survive. They don't respect conventional business practices and lack common courtesy too.
