Nautilus Plumbing is a most excellent choice if one wants quality work. Nautilus isn't a cheapie for what they charge, but they do a lot of work. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a difficulty solving plumber.

We had an emergency call since our home has an underground garage plus a few pipe from over leaked and causing the water out of the leak to drip all over my car. I called and they booked me that same day, was available throughout their morning days and that was perfect considering I had work in the afternoon.
Two technicians arrived and they were Cautious as to not dirty or damage the surrounding regions. Apparently the walls supporting our water heater needed a pipe that was not sealed properly, causing the wall pipes to leak underground from your garage. They needed to start the wall beside the water heater and replace the pipe that is busted with a brand new one. They helped to clean up and patch the wall nicely although there was a mess. They told me all of the warnings, such as making sure since they needed to move the heater, the warm water turns out after 2-3 hours and additionally they called back to be certain that the warm water was running good.
I would certainly recommend them and use them in the future in any plumbing situation!

Writing this review for my aunt Eva R. who is older and does not have a Yelp accounts and would not be able to post a review if she did. I am very pleased with the work achieved by the staff. Junior Luis were efficient and worked tirelessly to solve my sewer problem and. They advocated options which proved effective. In addition, the region that was worked on was washed by them. Highly recommend.

What a fool I had been to believe this technician. He is a disgustingly dishonest and manipulative company man --
Not only will I never call Nautilus plumbing I will address this matter with my lawyer. I hope this company decides to be true to their word, and rectify the very serious issue which I PAID them to cure.
The difficulty he told me he had rectified was a TEMPORARY FIX, when the sewage began flooding my bathroom and shower AGAIN which I learned 3 weeks later. I had been billed close to $400.00 for Nautilus plumbing to basically set a puny BANDAID onto a wound that had stitches.
The last thing I need to do is cause anyone else problems. However, I paid those people in good faith to resolve mineand all I have been left with is a bathroom STILL soaking in raw sewage and countless dollars + two full times lost to frustration and filth.
The sewer cable ran to wash out and reset the toilet. He left his boot along with tools prints all over the bathroom floor. He made no attempt to look into what went on with the shower. The toilet n't leaked out sewage. . .so I believed the $400.00 invoice I received a week after was worth it.
They came and had to pull out the toilet so as because the pipes had been backed up to run a sewer cable and there's no 4' clean-out at my property.
SERGIO, the plumber, knew precisely what he had done. He knew this was likely to likely to happen. And yet, he took $400.00 out of my pocket anyhow.
However, Sergio refused to provide any service free of charge. He said he'd be more than happy to"fix" the issue back, but at a price. I told him that was absurd-- then he would not need to repair it AGAIN because if he had truly fixed the problem I had paid him to mend.
This was the center of the day, and I had been working from home. I knew something had to be done ASAP.
He arrived away when I called him this afternoon to come and cure the situation AGAIN. I anticipated service FREE OF CHARGE because I'd paid to repair the issue, and the problem is still not fixed.
The sewage that has flooded my bathroom floor again is a really serious health hazard to my housemates myself, along with also our pets. And we're being exposed the several diseases carried by RAW SEWAGE, because Nautilus plumbing made a false claim, robbed me of $400.00, also refused to follow up once time exposed their lie merely four weeks later.
I was really thankful the day Nautilus plumbing came to service my home-- I had sewage coming out and out of my shower, and seeping out of the bottom of my toilet. My bathroom floor was flooded.
If I was not going to cover him for the additional service, he told me, he went to depart. And that he did...

"NO, WE DON"T HAVE NO STINKING DROP CLOTHS"As soon as I called Nautilus' workplace, they told me SERGIO was their'lead'. The lady I spoke to would not give her name to me and would not identify a supervisor. She suggested I call another corporation.
I was given an appointment between 10A-12P a few days earlier by nautilus, then known as 9AM the day of to tell the plumber to me. Forty-five minutes after, another dispatcher rings to alarm me the plumber will be coming in 15 minutes! I then was out of running errands & the home. I said I could try to be back in 10:30A & we agreed on this.
He awakened out because he proceeded into his van repeating the verdict.
His dismissive response was"we do not use drop cloths". I was stunned. Can he get one out of his van? "No, we do not have any." After a few moments' pause, as though he had suddenly caught whiff of a nasty smell, crinkled his nose and scowled. "I'm quitting this job we can't meet your standards."

So much for reliability, courtesy, professionalism, and integrity.
There came A overdue guy, didn't introduce himself, didn't smile stomped into the home suited up for a job that was dirty.
He started to inspect the pipework. But before he dived in holding a wrench I asked if he had a drop cloth (standard procedure when dealing w/ indoor sewage backups where severe harm can happen if such sewage spews out over woodwork & flooring).

Employed their service to replace the kitchen faucet. The price was good comparing to other quotes I received. The guys came in on time, worked cleaned later themselves. Highly recommend. They do estimate that is free.

Be careful before you employ them, and shop around. I discovered a different plumber that did exactly the exact same job they appraised for half their cost.

I wish I could give these men 6 celebrities with just how much they went the additional mile to help out me. We are having a heat wave in LA along with my AC went out on me. I called our AC man and they stated that we need a plumber to come assess the pipe drain that's backing up and causing water. I called 2 distinct plumbers, each of which stated they would not touch the air conditioning unit (even though I told them the problem wasn't with the device ). I called Nautilus and Sergio picked up the telephone and talked with me at 8PM and rearranged his morning schedule the following day he and Junior would come out treat the issue. They called ahead of time to allow me know they were on the road. Once they assessed the situation and arrived, they found the way to solve the problem and took care of the problem. The two Sergio and Junior did a fantastic job, have custom service and are real men and women. I work in the health care business and bed-side manner is an important quality. These two clearly exemplify the qualities I would want in any service business professional. I would gladly choose Nautilus Plumbing in the future!

Can not say enough good things about my experience with Sergio and the team. My sewer line has been backing up to the third time in 3 decades. Sergio showed up promptly, cleared the line and ship a range into the pipe. Sure enough, a tree origin was growing INTO the pipe!
I would definitely recommend this firm for all plumbing problems. They show up when they say they are professional and will and comprehensive. Thanks Sergio and team!
My landlord was coped with by sergio very calmly and came back in 48 hours to dig up the cement in my front yard and fixed the pipe.

Con artists! I didn't have any issues with them before a project replacing the drain line and had been a very long time loyal customer. I wanted to stay loyal and awarded the job to them although their bid was greater than many others. They broke it and dug into the gas while performing the work. They then basically attempted to hold the job hostage until I'd agree to cover far too much cash to fix that as well to them. I went and immediately obtained bids. After their work was finished by Nautilus after they said because of them not showing up a couple times , they covered the trench despite me giving them instructions to just backfill a bit so the firm could lay the gas line. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused to correct it. I ended up have to pay the business to dig the trench. Not cool. Nautilus Plumbing attempted to rip me off for something they broke and made it harder and much more expensive for somebody else to repair it.

Great service. Great communication, quick response time (even on a Sunday), and fixed our problem quickly. Very friendly and helpful!

These men saved the day. They charged a fair price, were very professional, and did work.

Monday AM they were on time!! They fixed what they could in under 2 hours. There were fixes which couldn't be done daily since he wants to buy a bathroom and other stuff.
I would certainly use them again for weekend emergencies.
He called me to say he is running late! Wow!! My plumbers NEVER do that!
The couple that I called were already all booked up, couldn't arrive till a few hours, or so the price was to high. If I waited till Monday, there would be no charge for coming out, nautilus said. I chose to have a opportunity. I requested the tenant over me to not use their toilet sink.
2nd visit
The 2 plumbers I typically use weren't available or weren't answering. It's challenging to find a plumber on a weekend! I have tried looking through the AOA magazine, but didn't work in any way. Hello!! Bingo!! Found several!!
I like the customer services, although this provider is more expensive than my customary plumbers.

Came home Sunday afternoon to find a clogged kitchen and toilet sink and a leak under those UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He was half an hour . They also fixed the problem .

If I could, I would give zero stars. I had to call on a Saturday and had a leaky bath faucet. The tech took a look and said he had to wait till Monday to get parts. I thought that was reasonable. Called on Monday and Tuesday to follow up and he said I would have to replace the whole faucet and go through drywall. They stated they wouldn't get to my job! I had water. I phoned a different plumber on Tuesday who came Wednesday morning, repaired the faucet in 1.5 hour without needing to replace the faucet saving me countless additional dollars.
