In my situation they ultimately found it was origins in the sewer line, however that was evident. They came out fast and rolled their sleeves up and dealt with this than sterile issue. A bathroom was removed by them and snaked the line. But that didn't do this trick. So they saw/measured how far down the line that the congestion is and brought a camera. Then they brought out this wazoo instrument where you are able to walk the pipe from the inside to out of the home, winding around, to find the place where the problem is.
In my situation they had to dig 8ft down, and sure enough they discovered that the congestion right where the wazoo instrument said it was. They worked hard patched up the component of the driveway they followed up a few days after, and had to dig .
Alright, I must give kudos to Arman along with his brothers. They had been great. They were priced fairly, they have been professional in their demeanor and friendly, and they got an yucky problem solved. I felt they went the extra mile in making sure all was well using two sewer lines I now have on my property.
I promised them I would write a review on Yelp (my very first one), so promise kept. Should I must, will use them again.

My company went to a different neighborhood plumber, the difficulty was efficiently.
Traveled to Los Angeles from SF to fulfill plumber at home. NO SHOW! I texted the proprietor, & his answer was a casual"sorry, my tech called in ill; I should have called you".
Made a appointment Arman, with proprietor, five days ahead of time to get a leaking bathroom. New Flow had been used by me once before and felt I had found a trustworthy family business.
However, I'm compelled to share this encounter with New Flow Plumbing. Had I been lucky enough to locate an emergency replacement, the result would have been much much more disagreeable.
His brother and arman did a great job fixing a plumbing issue which demanded cracking the concrete and digging 6 feet. They offered a great price and were fast, professional. I was really impressed and I would strongly recommend New Flow Plumbing.

Arman went above and beyond to help me get my kitchen back in order in a timely fashion (I live in a condominium and getting the water turned off was a process). Wow plumbers with out all the run a rounds as well as the crack we all know them . A friend of mine called me and I have to tell you, he was the nicest man. Was understanding and incredibly polite. Primarily I did have a minor sink or drain. Most of my friends are women so I was lucky to find somebody with a referral.... Not a lot of women are eager to help me D-I-Y a job. First of all I had been really excited when I realized that he had been available the exact same day and it was a day that is slow but he came away, like within an hour. I never thought I'd need a plumber that was private but Arman is da man!
