Definitely recommend these guys since they're quick, considerate if you are in the area, and good at their jobs!
Really appreciated the speed with which New Generation helped out us recently. We heard a few water beneath our home and called to have somebody come check to find the issue. They discovered a water leak arrived first thing the next morning and fixed it. In addition to that they discovered an extra problem with our bathroom (that would have been demanding to find out about later on ) and did a few preventative function for us.
Because of the leak we needed a mold remediation contractor to come out and do some cleanup and drying. New Gen had a recommendation that we have ended up using.

They didn't claim that it was for accountability purposes but simply said I would need to call the gas company for that which is patently false. I even voiced how quickly this was beginning to feel like a form of blackmail.
I can not in good conscience urge New Generation Plumbing.
After the Gas Company explained I had several gas escapes but they might leave on my gas, I phoned two firms to come out and examine the line and give me a quote. Me 1k was quoted by the company . On coming, I told them I had a list of where the escapes were exactly, from The Gas Company, and they started the test. When it was done, they gave me an absurd five million dollar quote to patch the leaks. I told them it had been too high and they said alright but they refused to turn my gas back on!
I wound up hiring a company that did all of the work plus a bunch of extra for 2k.
They knew going into it that I had several escapes per town gas company... and if they had been professionals they really easily should have said if they find too many escapes they won't have the ability to turn the gas back on.

Scheduled through yelp app with ownerCommunication was fantastic - technician arrived 30 min early (which was ideal)
Managed to schedule another day (which was a vacation )
Fixed the issue in under price and half an hour was greatest amongst companies in the area.

Thank you so much now, to the men who came out to fix my kitchen sink. It backing up and had been clogged, but they could fix it in no time! They were fast, polite and cleaned out the debris of my sink that was there before they arrived! Stellar support. I reserved easily through Yelp along with the woman in their office made the payment process painless. Outstanding to get a cost that is more than reasonable! I hope that I never need their services again, but if I do I wouldn't call anybody else. Thank you!!

I had a clogged toilet that wouldn't budge so I called New Generation plumping. They came within 15 minutes was cautious to not wake up my toddler that was napping in the room, then since I had been about to cut a check, I was told by the man it had been on the home!!! I could not believe it!! They made my afternoon, although I would've been happy to pay them to get the awesome and speedy job they did. . .twice over! Can not recommend these guys !!! Give them a call next time you have a plumbing problem!

Assessing a service call was simple and I had been advised the technicians would arrive at 30-40 minutes on a Saturday. Jose & martine came early and were professional and really nice. They cleared he cleaned and line up after themselves, and cleaned the toilet.
I requested for their cards to spread to every one my neighbors and would highly suggest New Generation Plumbing!!!

Our kitchen sink obstructed yesterday evening (one of those things you do not appreciate until it is GONE - ugh). We predicted New Generation plus they were out here the following day. They were very clear on pricing, they readily pivoted to another way of clearing the drain when the clean-out that is outside was inaccessible and they were here and gone over 20 minutes.

New sump pump installed in the basement along with plumbing repairs finished with high quality and fantastic satisfaction. For any future plumbing projects New Generation Plumbing are my first contact. Thanks and Fantastic job again.

I called on a Monday afternoon and they showed up first thing on time and ready. They explained what the problem was, advised me how to keep it in the future, and replaced my water heater because it is in a really awkward place in the corner of the attic in hours, which is impressive.
I guess one does not look forward to needing to call the plumber, however next time I do, I am happy to say it'll be those people.
They made that procedure only as it can be, and just replaced my tankless water heater.

Wow. We had a tankless water heater problem and they came out right away to help. Turns out it was an easy fix and they needed to do anything, so they did not even bill. The men were incredibly nice and seemed positive and knowledgable. Will definitely use them in the future! Thank you so much!

In a jam? We had been when our hot water stopped on a Sat night. Jake was responsive on a Sun morning and knew exactly what we had. The following day Robert and Carlos set up a grade water heater that was brand new and now we ought to be useful for another 10-12 decades. These guys are professional, responsive, friendly, and competitively priced. Thx guys!

Al help it operate better in the long run although his other plumber evaluated and cleaned our unit and fernando, suggested some repairs to bring it up. They left to find the vital parts and returned to finish the repair.
We are beyond pleased with the support. The repair was beautifully and done quickly and we have hot water again. Highly recommend this company and most importantly the care and service we received from Fernando and his team thank you so much!
Our hot water heater went out so I scrambled to locate someone to service water heater which was extremely hard out. I talked to 4-5 other providers that SAID they did and either stopped responding or simply told me that they really only substitute them.
They assessed the problem, gave me a quote and did everything they could to make sure that our TWH was salvageable before proceeding with the repair.
Ours had an error code showing and needed a service and within a couple of min of messaging I received a call that he had been on his way to assist.

Said they would come in 4 hours. Said they would follow up with a telephone in two hours. No telephone. No show. Tried calling back multiple times, with no reply back. If you are busy and can not create it have the profesionalism to call the customer and let them know.

Terrific company that I will definitely continue using for all my plumbing needs!
I suggest giving them a call if you need an plumber who won't charge you a leg and an arm and will not rip you off! Particularly if you've got an emergency situation- they do whatever they can to consume to you the exact same day (or by the next morning) without charging top"emergency" rates.
I have used this company several times and I'm pretty pleased with them. Before calling them, we actually had an plumber that we actually loved but the last 2 emergency scenarios we had so that I needed to obviously find somebody 37, I was not getting a call back. Normally, I hate calling commercial"drain/rooter" firms (i.e root rooter, Mike diamond etc) since they generally do shoddy work, rip you off and exaggerate the problems to get you to pay for unnecessary effort. Butthis company surprised me. Both times they showed up ASAP (when they moved schedules around to adapt my crisis )they got the work done (fast and appropriate ) and honored the prices they offered over the telephone.

The workers are extremely nice and professional and get the work done.
They do not attempt to upsell you personally and recommend work that is laborious such as other businesses do - such as digging when it is actually not necessary.

The coming time no call from them and went came. We had to call and they said they couldn't discover any of their plummers and made an error. We were left to discover another fast. Thankfully we managed to have another comp come out 1 hour later.
When our sink clogged we needed a plummer. We put up us for the next morning and sent out requests and New Gen replied quickly.

Great Encounter with New Generation Plumbing. They were quick to get out someone to give a quote connect up and to dig for a connection that is main that is new. The team came out and did the job. Very friendly and professional, and a price.

Martin and Jose were excellent to work with and stayed with the project from beginning to end, as we asked. We were pleased with their capacity to deliver customer services and superior workmanship and their pride in their job.
We hired our sewer line to be repaired by New Generation. Out they had been undoubtedly the most upfront, of all of the businesses we talked to, didn't try to upsell us anything, and responded quickly and with replies anytime we had a query. Their work was completed in the deadline we had been told, that they work was clean, and communication was excellent.

AVOID! So that the web indicates average price for a master plumber in LA is ~$100/hour. Master and technician likely $160. 2 hours and thoroughly marked $400, components up. Travel charge? Maybe $100? I can't get to more than $500 even supposing generous margins.
But I tell you what - I'll contact 3 plumbing contractors, describe the job in detail, get their estimate. I apologize and'll edit the inspection if ANY ONE of them comes back with a quotation for $1600 for this job. Otherwise, you do perhaps the bid from others -- or the job for $400. Ihope this review has buried and'm pretty sure you keep your price.
I had been traveling recently as soon as the home drains started backing up. They come out and estimate her $ 4,000 because there were a lot of things to fix the pipes. She got ahold of me, I phoned them asking to speak to whoever quoted that and asked for a written estimate of what seemed like a huge sum for a 39, with some detail.
They had been done and from there in 1:45 hrs -- which included time to shoot pictures of additional work they had been"recommending." We paid over 800/hr for a job that was very simple because they knew they could take advantage of somebody. This ought to be illegal, but it is at unconscionable.
That individual was not readily available to speak, but they guaranteed me a quote by the day's end. I wake up (in London) without a estimate, naturally. Told my wife to not have them do anything until they can tell you what your paying . In my estimation, to mend just the portion was approximately 30 bucks worth of components and two hours. They show up although it's not clear she'd consented to the fix and challenges them on the price. Then they acknowledge they can actually fix the blockage for (only) $1,600. Still refused to give a written estimate (because it would take some time and they may not get it done today...) but explained how complex it had been and knew she had been desperate to get this fixed and return to work.
But let's explore... A job that as a marginally competent handyperson I could do myself at a bit more than 2 hours and a visit to your Home Depot. Because it's not specialty job, An individual master plumber could do exactly the same. 4' of 2" drain replacement, plus the intersection into the cast iron main, plus pumping little backup of gray water. Comfortably two hours between a master and technician, $30-40 worth of components, maximum. Can do without specialization tools that are superb, but you had an industrial snap pump and cutter - out nothing that wouldn't be standard kit for a plumbing contractor.
They will overcharge you if they think that they can get away with it, particularly in the event that you seem to be desperate or unfamiliar . Charged us over $800/hr. To get a fix.
Can I eliminate a star? I've been remodeling homes for almost 20 years. I've hired loads of contractors. I used to work for an electrical contractor. I understand how pricing works. I would learn more about how your pricing worked if you had sent me the written estimate your office promised - or provided it.

Exceptional service! I called so it would not flush because our bathroom wasn't filling up correctly. He replaced the part within 5 minutes, came back 15 minutes later and went to get a part! Whole thing took under half an hour! Im so happy we've got our bathroom back! Surely using them again!
