Wow - what a man! I billed me to the fix and had a problem which Ron could have easily come outside. Instead he walked me! I can not recommend this man that is honest enough and he will always be my first call for any lock troubles or lock function from today on. Pleased to support his business. Thank you, Ron!!
NLD was called by me and explained my situation to Ron, whom tried to walk me through the procedure on the telephone, but I lacked the appropriate tools. Ron came out to the house in 10 minutes and was able to not only open the door and repair the lockbut also showed me to repair it I want to understand later on. Excellent customer service, knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely suggest NLD and would use them if desired.
