Ninja Lock

Emailed Ninja Lock this morning about rekeying and got a reply. Quoted a cost in his return email that was a really fair price. Said he would be here in 30-45 minutes that he had been. Effective and Speedy, and a man. Highly recommend.

My Honda Accord 2012 wanted new keys and new remotes, but I certainly did not want to visit the dealer and spend an arm and a leg, which was somewhere in the 210 range.
Ninja Lock was not only the most but most responsive as well! There wasn't a delay in reaction time and that he was prompt at the occasions he supplied the arrangement would arrive as well as when he'd go to the keys to be created by me.
I used the job tab of Yelp and moved through 4 distinct locksmiths who would be able to fix the problem I was dealing with.

Ninja lock managed to rekey our house after we inquired if they could do it the day because we closed escrow than expected. We had tech Sam, he given five keys showed up sooner than he said, he had been fast, also said he would return to fix one lock once we buy a new deal. I plan on talking two buddies to Ninja Lock.

I am super impressed with the response time and assistance! I left a message, called about 10 am to get a quotation and received a return call. I had a circumstance using a sliding door which was locked shut with a broken latch. Texted Photos of my door and Chris came out at 1pm. He was professional, clean and ensured I was comfortable with everything before he did it!

He came to my home to create a duplicate of my car key. Great experience.
In a world full of scammer locksmiths, it is *so* refreshing to know I've Ninja Lock to rely on. In case you haven't discovered, there are networks of unscrupulous locksmiths with multiple bogus locations on google maps, etc.. Don't risk getting more charged by those guys or damaging your house.

Despite some road closures that were unusual, he finished the work quickly and showed up on time. The guards work great, and I am quite satisfied.
I sent in a request and Christopher responded very quickly with the quote. It was straight forward, he did not make it complex or tell me it would rely or be changeable like any other sellers, he didn't make me do any math by telling how much every lock would cost. He sold to come that very weekend and asked me what color I gave me a price and instantly needed the replacements to be.

I called around to get a spare key cut and programmed. Chris out of Ninja Lock was able to offer me the best cost for the ceremony (driving out to my house to do the task ) so we put up an appointment for the next morning at 9 a.m.
Before 9, Chris proceeded to work on my key and knocked on my door. He did a fantastic job of explaining the procedure and that I left him alone to work. In about 30-40 minutes, he let me know we tested the key and he had been done. Everything worked perfectly and I was really pleased with the service.
Chris is quite considerate, professional, and friendly. It is my hope that this review can help get out the word to support a local businessman and also keep a guy that is good in company.

I am happy to have done business. He installed a peephole , rekeyed my house locks all and even installed a new lock. He analyzed all locks to make sure that the keys worked and also to assure correct operation of the lock. His cost was extremely fair, his reaction time is flexible and super quick. They came by to displace a door lock between garage and my house. They were quick to respond to my message and quoted a price in advance. They showed up the following day and did the work quickly with clear details.
I discovered the new keys do not work together with my locks along with the lock will not work with my house keys while they did offer to replace the lock. (Key was overly thick) So using the lock rekeyed did not make sense.

Just BEWARE of their practices or trust their costs; without saying a thing, he went directly to work, although we likely should have insisted on a quote once the person came and learned the hard way. It's alright though; karma always has a means of paying you back although I am sure with the kind of advertisement they've, although they made some good money for a job. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Beware the advertising that is false! We called the business based on their website rates ($19.99 service call and also"from $29,99 for business unlocking agency ). You would think,"ok not a major job and like most business price is most likely going to be somewhat high" First of all, the guy does not arrive until nearly an hour later, and took him just 5 minutes to unlock the doorway. He then gifts us with a bill of...$341.00!!! When we asked, he could not even talk to us, he put his"manager" on the telephone, and a guy makes up this ridiculous case of"cost is based on kind of lock and labour, etc etc. then he proceeds to lower the price to $200, but that was still absurd. . She said she'd have her boss and changed the subject, After we told her he didn't. Following 10 minutes of being on hold a guys begins to babble around again about it is dependent upon kind of lock. We explained to him that it was a case of unlocking the door; so it took the worker 5 minutes to open the doorway, it was. Of course he kept giving us the runaround avoiding a direct answer to a simple question rather than explaining why we were not provided a quote ahead of time seeing what they were dealing with (easy commercial lock; nothing elaborate!) . We just paid the bill and guaranteed not to recommend their business to anybody.
(That is my first one star rating incidentally, and I don't ever give a bad review unless itis justified...)
