After installing a keyless entry lock brian left my house. WOW!! Do not look for a locksmith for any of your security needs, this is. Brian worked professionally and clean made time to get here within a few hours and taught me the way to plan the lock. I've got a couple of more things I will call him back to do just like a security camera and a different lock. That may be my go to locksmith from today on although the very best and over the years I've used a couple of others.
Bryan installed bolt locks double and we could not be happier ! He performed the work efficiently and fast, came out promptly, and even included a couple of smaller projects at no charge. Bryan has set up so he clearly knows what he's doing! He's conversational specialist and capable; we highly recommend him!!
I'm very happy with Brian from Access Lock & Security. He's been patient and so helpful with re-keying my door lock and establishing my business security system. He came in to set up these items while my store has been closed so it didn't interrupt any of my customers. This is the place, if you want the job done right by and individual then!
If that was possible I would give zero stars. The tech provided. After I was told he would be there after getting the price and wait time the tech arrived over 40 mins. The door was opened by him, then told me it was going to not just be more than that I was advised, but that there was also a credit card fee. I advised the dispatcher that I would be using a credit card and there was no mention of a fee. When I questioned the tech and clarified what I was informed over the phone, '' he relocked the door, shut it, and walked off with a have a nice day type comment. If it had been just me, that would have been something, but I was waiting all this time with two year old and a 10 week old in chilly weather. I could not think he participates in such a way. When my husband called to describe what had occurred, he was given the runaround and advised that they would file a claim, however they needed to get the techs' side of this story and that essentially nothing was going to take place. I would strongly urge anybody to use a distinct locksmith.
