Steve managed to set a combo lock on my gate because I just had a general contractor put in a French door that had multiple major problems like (not locking starters) Placing the combo lock onto my side gate was the only method to secure my home until I could get a brand new French door ordered by ANOTHER general builder. If it were not for Steve @"Open Doors" I would not have had the opportunity to sleep at night.
When he said he fixed the door lock and would, he came out. Really happy with the results.

For being a locksmith who had been not able to fix a 21, for being nice, minus three stars.
Brought in an antique brass lock whose inner spring(s) had recently broken. Super simple layout, easy enough for me to understand how it worked and what needed replacement (brand new springs). Folks at the store were quite favorable at drop-off. I named the store to be advised because the springs couldn't be arranged, that the lock couldn't be fixed. (It's an antique, so of course they do not contain off-the-shelf parts which can be readily ordered! That should not stop a locksmith from having the ability to fix a lock.) Picked up the lock (again, super nice folks), went to Ace Hardware and purchased some spring wire as rough materials, and bent two'new' springs to form with a vice and some pliers. It took 30 minutes to me, and the lock works flawlessly.
Kudos to Open Door! A neighbor recommended OD Locksmith, and I'm so thankful that they did. Clint came to assist 3 locks alter; he returned to assist us with another matter later on. We provide high praise to this company for quick, dependable service. When we need lock help / service, open Door will probably be our go-to-company.
