Had an issue with my door lock. I called Orchard City Lock & Safe because they were the locksmith. The service was excellent. Very courteous on the phone and arrival. My technician was Justin. He not only fixed my lock but was professional and really nice. I would highly suggest Orchard City Lock & Safe.

Great recommendations were provided by brian for my office which needed a lock. Brian did an superb job and was very professional, going the extra mile to be certain all holes were coated, when the time arrived for the installation. He takes pride in the caliber of his work.

This area is old school and very beneficial. My dad had a different type of business and constantly was a competition, taking care of the customer if he couldn't do it, and recommending his rival.

They ended up saving me money. When I called about a terrace door lockDave referred me to another company to get the lock. When I introduced it he immediately rekeyed it to match my original key. He gave me useful suggestions about the best way to install it myself. I had been quoted upwards of $150 for a mobile locksmith to come out and do the job, but with Dave's help, the entire item (lock and rekeying) cost $50! I will definitely come back.

I've used these guys each time I needed locks changed. The hardware was matched by them - and - obtained better prices than the stores. The mixes changed on the safes that are built in, they are timely fair and thorough. They saved me money and never tried to upsell.

I have experienced the requirement to get a locksmith on several occasions. On my very first visit for a lock which wasn't working they provided the consultation and were able to quickly diagnose and solve my problem. I did receive a few keys made while I was there, and also the quality of cut is better than. Many people use a key several times a day, and you also do not realize how important with a well cut pair of keys is till it warms up (due to cutters, inexperienced workers cutting keys, etc). Having secrets which function is definitely nice, although that is not the reason I'm writing the review. I do not really want to write about the specifics of the other work they did for me, since it is a public forum and these are you know, locks and security, but I'll say that I've been back for several tasks and jobs. Helpfulness, their understanding, and expertise is truly top notch and I'm happy I found a reputable company that is dependable and useful.

A lock outfit - competent and Quick I'd go to these folks for anything key related. Doesn't look like there is not anything they can't do. I will definitely be back.

Went in with just two car keys needed. One for an old jeep which has been made from a Chip key blank, and a replica for an old Ford. Most places that are key won't touch a sterile auto key. These folks did not blink. Uber made keys readily 10x faster.

Called this company and requested about safes. Wow! Knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Cannot wait to visit with their showroom. Thanks for your input.

Dave helped us reset and open an safe about five years back. I couldn't get this weekend, so that I reached out via email for some information. Dave then got to fix the situation responded within 24 hours. Within 10 minutes, problem solved!!! Thanks Dave!

It's not tough to offer great company, but it should be noted, if you get great company.
I was helping a friend have two commercial door locks re-keyed and they showed up on time, known as 20 min. Before to affirm, and two guys were fast and professional.
They finished the job in about 20 min and my friend was fulfilled.
After phoning two regional locksmiths in the South Bay 15, I called these guys. They have been helpful and shared their own pricing.

The service guy who fixed out lock and came into my job today was awesome. He clarified to me why and exactly what was wrong with all our lock!! I was busy in the desk and he was understanding and very nice. He was joking a bit"once your not busy..." and he'd laugh a bit.
My phone was ringing off the hook, and guest to look after. But not once did he get angry or annoyed. Very patient and very kind!!

Dave helped me on the phone and Chris had come a few times for jobs out for me. Hands down customer support and solved my issues. Will call them to your own future needs.

Dave was friendly and incredibly useful! I had a key that a locksmith had a hard time making copies of, and Dave had no problem with it. He asked me to text him a photo of the key to make sure before I arrived in he had the right base. Of earning sure before I arrived in, he was ready, just a very simple thing makes a difference. We had a nice conversation while he sent off me a happy client and made the keys! Will be recommending his solutions!

This place is excellent. I brought in a really vague key and they ordered a pair of blanks to locate a keyway. Very wonderful and knowledgeable service.

These guys are great. Before I checked yelp, I tried three distinct companies. Each other lock smith could not perform the job. Within a day Orchard had my door fixed. These guys get it done and to get a cost.
