I predicted pop a lock, Orlando lock solutions, and daves lock and key for quotations on work. Popalock said 160, Dave's said Orlando lock and 80 wouldn't say a cost. After I predicted orlando lock solutions I obtained at least six return calls. It was a very perplexing and dishonest, at one point I asked if I had been speaking to Daves locks and they said yes and"verified" the address and appointment time by requesting me to give them the address again, however it was not dave's it appears that it was Orlando lock solutions. They seem to be a service not a store. My information was given out to four sub contractors. I know Dave's lock and key was not the one that gave out my number, I doubt anybody a lock would claim to be from a different firm, so that leaves this particular provider.
I'm sorry for the young guy another firm he did the job but I won't give cc advice to a company that refused to cover them has miss reflected themselves. He predicted and I was called by them again. My supervisor called the police and filed a report. . It was stressful and unethical.
At 9am a tech showed up and said he had been. It was early but I let him begin. Once the second tech showed up, he left at some point and has been gone for half an hour. He said he had been from Dave's.... I called Dave and the next man was his.
The"dispatcher" was lieing about who he was got belligerent, attempting to intimidate me and force me to cover. Shortly after I told the dispatcher there was a deputy on the way, the tech left and I haven't heard from them. I was not able to find anything before I called them, so I hope this can help others avoid being missled.
STAY AWAYY!! We are in the process of sending our litigation letter to get our money back. Hopefully you can learn from this and stay away!!
They're an extremely shady firm. They have taken $300+ bucks from our accounts for a simple rekeying which has been assumed to be 20. For the past five days, we've been calling the company trying to get in contact with Rita or Dave who are the owners. The staff cursed has wrapped up and screamed at us. 1 telephone call to a single staff member in the place where they say Rita doesn't even exist, the telephone call Rita is in the restroom, the next she's on vacation. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY. I had my lawyer call now and a staff member named Deborah hung up on her and chased her out.
My experience with this company was as follows. They used different company names: Orlando Lock Solutions, 247, Locksmith Security and Services, Locksmith and Garage Service (Hollywood, FL). The person on the phone said the owner had purchased several different businesses. I was confused, believing I had predicted the locksmith I meant to work with, but that turned out not to be. I later learned that the support quote given to me personally by Orlando Lock Solutions/ 247 at my house was double that of the 5-star rated locksmith in precisely the same area for the same job, i.e., the company I thought I had predicted. Orlando Lock Solutions did come down a bit on their charge when I stopped work and also called them regarding their pricing (after making a few calls to other locksmiths), but I felt uneasy about the situation. I was told by the person on the phone they also contract out their tasks, which might explain why there was no logo on the van and they are also located in south Florida.
