Few weeks ago I had an issue with a clogged kitchen sink along with an Whole Toilet Plumbing problem:(Man these guys are quick and over 100% fair they did the work and they do promise their work believe me no one else could have done it better.
I was able to live in LA and I had my own apartment boy did lot of crooks plumbers around there and I haggle I wish I had In-N-Out Plumbing there to do the work for me)but I am not there no more. I am here and these guys are my go to to do Flushing and no stress overflowing sink Etc.guys.lol
These guys deserve better than 5 stars I would say:AAAAA******
Boy did I get I got a hold of outside and in Plumbing.
So I decided to get online and discover a Plumbing contractor?
They don't put their estimate. They have all kinds to explanations to overbill you.
Do not recommend using them again. They charge for substances not used.
$40 braided source line. These sell at Home Depot for about $7.
This firm uses pieces that are inferior and is very pricey. To get a of a kitchen faucet, I got an invoice of $344. I am accustomed to paying about half that sum.
$149 labor. It takes me to swap out a kitchen faucet.
Details:
$8 miscellaneous. Not specified. Maybe a twelve pack of Bud?
$147 to get a tap of the quality I've ever seen. Faucet and vinyl sprayer didn't match. Faucet dripped a few hours later.
We had a issue with our bathroom tub. Twice it was taken care of by snaking the drain. This occurred about twice in an 18 month period. We called them and they snaked it again. The next day it was plugged a gain. We called them back. They did not show up. We called them back two unique days to determine if they could just put a camera down the pipe and then give an estimate to us. No call backs at all now for more than two weeks. We are still currently draining the bathtub by means of a bucket today. They make as much cash that they don't need ours. We'll be calling somebody to help people out.
Joe and diana are the most easy people. They are honest and operate with integrity. I won't trust any company now that I have use In & Out Plumbing!! You can trust them also!!!
BONUS: Some of those employees noticed the lock on our screen door stuck, he took it upon himself to repair it. A gesture which was appreciated.
My brother recommended In and Out, he had never used them but understands that the owners and said he admired their stance about quality and customer service. We needed to have our WHOLE HOUSE RE-PIPED and decided to take a chance on these from his recommendation but also on account of the fact that of the other quotes we received were greater. We were told by them they could have the whole job done in two days, which we seriously doubted of the other firms said YIKES! Re-piping is a big undertaking makes a mess. The day's end me stunned at how clean the home was left by them when they ended , really it was pretty amazing. And, sure enough from the day, as promised, they finished the project. I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with their speed, cleanliness and quality and found that the technicians friendly and courteous, I would recommend them and use them .
Using a rental home in the Tucson region although living out of country, this company out did themselves on their knowledge, quality and VERY fast service and installation of a new hot water heater. The personnel convinced me that I had the right people doing the right job. Their cleanup was quick and their work ethics was superior! I would not hesitate to recommend them.
