Pacific Tankless

We known as Pacific Tankless and he picked up his telephone and scheduled for a visit next morning. He showed up when he said he would, he was fair with the price. I am so happy we found him! He will be our guy that is forever!
My two years old tankless water heater stopped working out of the blue. Manufacturer was shut for a week for no hot water and a 7/4 weekend and shower! Called around some folks but no progress. Neighbors that are borrowed shower and all but still gross!

Initially had a decent experience with AJ. He visited my house to appraise the matter with my Navien tankless water heater. The Error 3 signaled a bad ignition. I asked him to call Navien as they take a certified contractor to diagnose the problem to get a part under warranty. While running water from the valve which took 45, made it spark and walked off claiming he was unable to get the part however he did not call Navien but rather reset my unit. He stated $45 goes toward installation of this new part because he failed to do much of anything I couldn't have completed.
Finally as I called Navien on his behalf then asked him to simply say a few words diagnosis and they would send me the part, he ignores my text again, I phone him again, he then abruptly drops me as a client because he can not handle constructive feedback I simply stated he should have called Navien the first time to get the part or maybe I was just TRYING TOO HARD attempting to get my hot water working??? His diagnosis was paid for by me and he will not actually call and report it. Unprofessional. Awkward experience. At communicating in English bad. Irresponsible from an agency perspective. Failed to meet with obligations. Not accountable.
Navien stated he should have called first thing to get the part and the reset is supposed to be done after in case of a glitch with error screen. He did not try to replicate this error but just do what he called a brief term repair and walk off. I asked him to get the part since he expected it to break again. He dismissed my texts many times. Ultimately the reset trick ceased as did my water 12, working. He maintained he was on holiday and I had to wait seven days for his trip would not clarify if he had the part available yet or when he'd have needed to order it and wait. He said no he did not get the part. Tell me one way or the other so I will cover the matter??

The first-time AJ arrived to my home was last year after I had an issue with all the temperatures in my own showers. It was through my homeowners insurance at the moment, but AJ was timely professional and past pleasant. After he left me his card, I maintained it although I had been expecting to not use it .
Would suggest AJ at Pacific Tankless and will call them for all my plumbing and heating needs.
I got a fridge as they stated the valve had calcified, but it wouldn't be installed by the delivery guys and that I had to call a plumber. I quickly went to Yelp, but then remembered the card I was left by AJ although in a. I called him and he managed to squeeze me in day of. He came over with another partner and they were able to fix everything in no time! Pricing has been reasonable and fair also.

AJ Anguelov was helpful and I could tell he is good and really hardworking at his job! I'll recommend him to anybody that needs their water heater repaired!

Unlike some folks, it pains me to give negative reviews - less be slanderous (technically it could be libelous in written form). AJ was very professional in the pre-visit communications (per the attached Yelp thread) so I am not sure why his trip went poorly - other than that he arrived early & discovered a competing bidder.
This was the experience of the four technicians that bid on my tankless water heater. Regardless of the company name, AJ appeared to be the least educated about water heaters. He left totally unwarranted (and as it turns out wrong ) assertions about both the gas distribution line and exhaust port without bothering to really inspect them. I suspect that he was uneasy with the transformation from a storage water heater in a condominium and that he might be OK with installing one. His quotation for a storage water heater replacement was fair, but the other sellers were more informed and professional.

A.J is awesome. Courteous and efficient. Cost answered all of my questions and worries and is fair.

AJ was a genuine professional. He chose to come out and give an estimate to get a new tankless water heater in a speedy fashion to me, he knew exactly what he do. Quickly set up it over 2 days of this estimate and ordered the water heater that would fit my wants. I am very pleased to recommend him he's a professional, responded fast yo each question and was very polite too. 10 STARS!

Over a decade, my water heater has employed and I've purchased a new one from Pacific Tankless approximately 6 months ago. It works great by far. And the staff is useful and quite nice.

Pacific Tankless was chosen by our home warranty service for the second effort at fixing our leaky shower. I was initially because of the low quantity of testimonials, but they were good!
Todd came out to our condominium earlier this day and fixed a few of the problems (leaking around the grips ), but the other difficulty (leaking from the faucet) was unaddressed. Given that there were two issues, I am not going to dock points since that could come down to something. More significant to me is the way it was treated; I phoned Todd back and said the bathtub was leaky and he was back at our place after 45 minutes or so to replace the cartridges, which unfortunately was a far more complicated and time-consuming issue compared to simple caulking he needed to do earlier. Sorry Todd! :-LRB- But he was a good sport about the entire thing and very friendly with a few of our cats that are equally friendly, who may now be friendly with us since there is no longer leaky shower water to allow them to drink.

GotId state AJ Anguelov of all Pacific Tankless is on stage, and obviously a kind man too. He did a fantastic job replacing my dripping. The price was correct, he provided great answers while looking for a business to perform the work, and first and foremost the caliber of workmanship is spot on. I truly can not say it looks sharp, and also unit and the work area set up is clean. Really great, clear. Oh, and he was super amazing about fitting in me as soon as possible; recall, I had been due to significant water under pressure. Seriously. . .no complaints in any way. Thank you AJ!

As a result of my inexperience in contracting pipes support, when I afterwards got around to try to book AJ to replace the ceremony valves, the time is this morning. Thus it is.
The ceremony valves were replaced by AJ on our Rinnai tankless water heater this afternoon. We're extremely satisfied with the procedure.
AJ came in the appointment period, and other reviewers detected, is knowledgeable considerate, and professional. And revived water.
We're extremely pleased to have contracted AJ to replace the water heater agency valves. Communication is accurate and at reasonable time.
On the Labor Day weekendI thought since Rinnai recommends about flushing out the Rinnai tankless water heater. Our Rinnai is 12 years old, and we just knew it hadn't been flushed by us . But I decided to give it a try. The result of my trying is the hot water valve and there was no hot water at the home.
We chatted about my first decision to flush which led to this crisis in our house before AJ left. On flushing old water heaters with no record of being flushed AJ shared his expertise and views. AJ explained the workings of this cold water sandwich phenomenon which was the main factor leading me to try the flush.
Pacific Tankless is not the first plumbing firm I called, however Pacific Tankless is the initial plumbing firm that I was able to attain a plumber. AJ asked to confirm, and realized instantly the problem I called him for, and answered my phone. AJ gave me a time when he could come and a quote. I balked in the quote. It was only later I understood I balked at AJ's quotation, since I had not been in need of calling for pipes service. AJ's quotation is the least expensive of the quotes I got.

I called around and a few companies want up to $1,500 to SWAP old and out tankless to get a brand new one. The traces are conducted! I completed it myself and would have Youtubed it When it was going to cost a ton. AJ and I spoke and he offered a fair price so I left this expert it. He's effective and quick and the job took less than 3 hours to him. He mend and could run anything related to water/gas lineup so if I want his help I will certain call him . Thank you AJ!

We needed our water heater fixed. We got hot water the majority of the time but maybe not consistently. AJ came out and said there really wasn't anything we could do to fix it because it was an older program. He said he would ride it out as long as you can until we needed to replace it. So we did and we predicted AJ as it was time to get a tankless water heater that is brand new. He replaced it and came out the next day. It was a big job and he and his spouse completed it over 6 hours like a run to the hardware store. The price was aggressive and AJ is honest, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and Pacific Tankless.

One of our two water heaters began leaking and we didn't know who to call. We moved to Nextdoor Santa Luz and other name stood out-Pacific Tankless. We shopped for service quality and price, and one name stood out-Pacific Tankless.

I phoned A J Angelov and also he said that he could be by in 20 minutes, but pushed it back. Fifty-three minutes later, A J looked at the doorway. The extra half hour was spent buying a water heater (a Rheem instead of the plumber standard Bradford & White) just if he got the job. He did.
I noticed that my water heater was leaking over a Friday night at 9:30 (of course). There was odd noises and considerable rumbling which I thought were likely an opossum. Regrettably, it was.
He also installed the water heater, replaced the venting, added a new gas valve (ours was the older spring kind ), and had it ready to go in under two hours. There were no up earnings items that are additional or charges.
I began phoning around. I watched the youtube movies to determine if I wanted to do it myself because a water heater was about $500 retail. I assessed Craigslist and watched the advertisement for pacifictankless (not that I wanted to go tankless). He was advertising a rate that was $785 flat install cost.

Do not use this company. $75 service call where they removed a faucet in the sole shower in house and didn't correct the home's shortage of cold water... 5 weeks after, still have not fixed either project but happily they've kept the service call fee.

After talking to AJ on phone felt quite confident that they'll be ideal with this and they didn't disappoint. Just amazing very fair cost and work.

I did not know who to choose till I came across pacific tankless. So allow me to explain a bit...
This isn't some large company with techs and trucks. This is a working business who passes the savings . AJ came into my house, eliminated my hot water heater, installed one of those fancy ones, and took the one for disposal with him. I was charged the cost quoted (did not increase the cost like some other companies).
Honest, does good work, and really reasonable pricing....what more do you want?!

After surveying several other people in the San Diego market for this particular need, AJ at Pacific Tankless revived my faith in the belief that there are still professionals around who are fair and quite communicative, do a thorough and perfect job as stated and expected, and cost a reasonable cost. AJ exceeded my expectations, and did exactly what he said he'd do. Do your research on what you need, but don't bother speaking to anybody else. You have just found among the best!
