Bill was fantastic to use. He arrived in our home to re-key locks, was on time, quick, and affordable. He took the time to look at our deck door to make sure it was protected. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: I went to Key and Advanced Lock and they did exactly the Exact Same task for more economical and in around 5 minutes!!!

We recently moved to the Bridgewater area and received a postcard advertisement from Palmer Lock and Key. Being new to the region, we predicted and took a chance. We had an appointment within two days. So that I wouldn't need to leave work too 14, they offered times. Of the locks changed . Left us with everything we had, including a couple of keys. He was professional, courteous, efficient and has been done in no time. Pricing was reasonable.
Billy in Palmer Lock and Key provided service replacing a transponder auto key. The blank that is ideal was in stock and Billy had the new key cut and programmed in nothing flat. Efficient, and professional are only two of the superlatives I would use to describe my experience there. Keep the good work up.
