Extremely RUDE! Because I asked him what would be the total guy wrapped up in my head. Seems like they charge what they need. Would not use!
The Locksmith was named by me since I locked my keys in my vehicle. They were pulling on it, that concerned me and showed up to unlock. Unfortunately, I had been with both of these guys in Richmond and being a young girl I was afraid to say anything. When they eventually unlocked the vehicle, they stated that my lock had been broken that was why they had such a tough time. I knew that the lock has been broken the car is new and because of their work, the lock was fine that afternoon, but since I was lonely I was afraid to say anything. I said it had been service and reviewed them. The guy had predicted, but I was not able to select up, when I called him back he promptly began cussing at me telling me he did not break the lock it had already been broken, I tried to be fair with them asking when they could simply resolve the lock for me personally, but had to hang up because he had been so rude. He refused to give their titles to me. I named Son & the company Paul and that I had been on my side telling me he asked me to send images of the harm and was sorry he would assist me and I had to deal with that, so I mailed him the pictures. He said he would call me back he had been speaking to people. I eventually had to call him back and he'd done a complete 180 stating that I had been rude to the guys on the phone and yelling at them and refused to correct the lock give me my money back, too asking if I had witnesses to the telephone call, I did. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he said no, they had a policy allowing them 24hr to review the situation before he called me, and I couldn't speak to him. When I asked for the name of the manager, the man told me his name was Michael, and wouldn't tell and could call me and I couldn't talk to him because of their policy.
