First of all, this firm ACTUALLY has their very own storefront which means their speech doesn't take you to some random neighborhood or the post office (like most locksmiths in the area). Their rates are incredible and it takes like 2 minutes each lock, if you choose your locks for their store! Incredibly friendly and useful employees when you walk into the doorway!

I was out and in in minutes! They were fast and so helpful. Definitely would recommend them something rekeyed or needs copies.

I needed a car door and ignition key made, and desired a fob ordered also. I picked Pennington due to the reviews that were high, and investigated local locksmiths. Well, now I see why everyone loves them!! I had a bit of a problem situation, and the very first fob they arranged wound up being faulty (not their fault, just a fluke thing). They obtained it programmed and working, and moved out of the way to order another one immediately. Though it was they took complete responsibility for it! Quick. I needed approximately eight or nine keys created for approximately a half dozen locks related to my motor home. Some were fairly vague like trailer ball lock, spare tire, storage tanks, etc.. They had the blanks and all keys worked flawlessly the first time. I like supporting local family businesses.

Came here to my 2008 MS3. I had two keys and a remote. They had been cut and programmed and they had the keys in stock in under ten minutes. The remote was another story, but after a replacement remote ordered by these and hours of research it had been discovered that the automobile had an problem using the BCM. They gave me a full refund. I strongly recommend.

Jill and mike are people that are fantastic! Locks and mike set up a deadbolt lock replaced a door handles, and cut and programmed a new master key for our kid's car. The car key waspresented a couple of issues andn't the setup. Mike went over and beyond to ensure that the key worked properly and did quality work!
