Since they were a mile off I locked my keys in the vehicle and called this place. They told me 30-40 minutes eta. After , repeated called and being lied to regarding the eta they showed up 3 hours later. My child peed his pants because, rather than being honest with me regarding the eta, they kept to stay with the vehicle and also telling me 5 more minutes and we went hungry. How infuriating. Had they used the restrooms, had a meal, and told me it was going to be 3 hours from the beginning I would've taken my family to a restaurant. This business is a joke. Stay away. I called essential and Bias locks and it's the exact same business. You have been warned...

The service guy and I met in my house because I had locked myself. Was an interior door for my flat that is downstairs. asked me that I spoke with and what price I were quoted before he even tried the lock. Well, long story short the price I were quoted more than doubled the quote.
He was rude, he told him he was a crook and advised him to leave. I eliminated the trim, got tools in the garage and also opened the door with hammer and a chisel. I substituted the trim did not break the lock and it looks just the same. I listened and called but I believe that this company does this all of the time. Taking advantage of a person in a situation where they do not have a lot of choice.
