Their bid came than the two that I got I was somewhat skeptical that I could be getting quoted for hardware. But Bob stood by his quotation and ensured me that when I wasn't happy with the functionality, his firm gave a 1 year satisfaction guarantee on the Navien in addition to this 15 year warranty.
Bob managed to give me an estimate when I was at work so that I didn't need to drive back and home.
This firm is so great that I felt obligated to write this Yelp review before they completed their job.
I am writing this as John and Tim have been in my own garage, carefully and expertly replacing my cracked water heater that is standard with a state of the art Navien tankless. How they put oil grab mats at the driveway beneath their vehicles demonstrates how much they move above and beyond what is expected. And Tim fixed two taps that were stuck at no cost and came indoors!
The longer I looked into the specs of this unit these men were advocating the longer I could tell that Personal Plumbing were giving me a very fair price, for precisely what I wanted (plus an inline ion filter that the other companies were not offering), whereas the other two were deliberately overselling mepersonally, and one insisted that I substitute the pressure regulator and rainwater tanks for another 2,000, which Personal Plumbing explained were not necessary.

So I called them and I'm happy I did, these men were advocated by ryan at Friendly Flooring. Bobby (from NY) was working at my home several times the previous two months as we redesign our upstairs guest bath and master bath. From the master we had Bobby go cold copper pipes in the wall to fit behind the dual vanity & hot. He did the guy completed his part, shower valve and came back and also set up a spa/tub, bathtub valve/overflow and drain. I would call these men for almost any project your contemplating. Bobby is super considerate, cleans up and does good looking work.

I managed to throw some Draino down the pipes and it was solved... temporarily.
Where to start? Bob sent someone out immediately, even though it wasn't an urgent matter. Ed was professional, kind and incredibly detailed. He tried to snake the drain when that didn't work, he brought out the longer snake. When that didn't work he brought out the one. He was downstairs, upstairs, inside and out trying to determine where the difficulty stemmed from. Ed literally worked tirelessly for 3 hours without a resolution, but he didn't want to give up. Ed called the owner, Bob, to determine if he can help. Bob offered to come back the next day with more equipment, such as a camera to get to the base of it. Bob was professional ancient and kind. He explained each step and knew the origin of the problem.
A couple of months afterwards, the issue was occurring. I knew Draino wasn't going to repair it.
Bottom line, the piping was improperly installed during construction. Bob needed to cut the wall to gain access open. Right, A homeowners nightmare? I trusted Bob and he assured me he had a drywall guy that will make it look as good as brand new. A hole was left by bob, obtained to the entrance point and quickly emptied out the clog. In addition, he determined rather than shut off the wall, an access panel are the ideal option in the event a plumber needed to get the pipe. Perfect!
Ok, today I'm quite annoyed.
I don't know about anybody else, but every time that I need to call a plumber I get hives. I had a problem with my kitchen sink backing up and called a guy. He stood over my sink, looked in the pipes, peaked into the dishwasher (full of nasty water in the bottom) and without so much as pulling a instrument or flashlight immediately told me it was not a plumbing issue, instead the dishwasher. I don't know anything but that didn't make sense. He left over 15 minutes and immediately sent me a home visit/service fee. I was NOT happy! I called and followed his recommendation and it was a plumbing issue.
Bob was out and in in under an hour!

Not only was I extremely impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and dedication both Ed and Bob displayed Personal Plumbing, Inc. can also be reasonably priced. Ed spent trying to resolve the issues wasn't overcharge or charged for the hours by bob. Personal Plumbing, Inc. is top notch and I would strongly recommend them to anybody with plumbing issues. Don't call anybody else! You won't be disappointed.

I called Friday Morning Go to, asking, I had been advised as to the time they'd arrive. Upon arrival, they're kind, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable.

I was terrified that I would never find another honest, simple to deal with plumber last year when our previous plumber passed away. Personal Plumbing was awesome!
Our issues was fixed. Just so happened that I want to be out of the town, their billing process was super simple to navigate from another state.
In our instance the part wasn't in their truck. As arranged but as promised that they returned.
For all of my plumbing needs in the future I will call on them.

If anybody needs a plumber, then take care not to look any company, they are the absolute finest in all San Diego County and Bob that the owner is individual. He give you the best cost of anyone and will look after any plumbing problems and do the job that is very best. Trust me I won't ever use any plumber, these would be the best.

Michael knew what my difficulty was correct away and came out! He went down the road picked a faucet I desired and put in it. Dog friendly too! I told him so they do that as 19, I am interested in a bathroom remodel at the future.

To my Mobile Home times. Every had the part time they discovered the problem immediately, 9,, or ran to receive you. They are friendly and took a minute to play with my 2 Pomeranian dogs. Best of all they do not sock it to you. Every time my bill has been extremely reasonable. For all your plumbing requirements, I highly recommend them.

I hired Bob Muller (Personal Plumping) to install two bathrooms in my rental home in Escondido in August 2018. I could not be more satisfied with this experience. Bob is professional, quite knowledgeable, and quite easy to use, and that is an understatement.
I would 100% recommend those men. They know what they're doing, their job is high quality and their estimates are competitive. They are my go. In addition, I do like the fact they email you an invoice for improved record keeping.

A glitch happened during installation, and one of the bathrooms did not fit in the distance (which was my fault)! Michael saved us a ton of headache and recognized this immediately. I had to replace this toilet with one which works a couple of weeks and there were not any difficulties with Mike or Bob. Did Not charge me repackaging the toilet which did not fit, or extra for this delay!!!
The fellow he mailed (Michael) was just amazing, on time and did everything properly (I did my own research, and that I have been substituted bathrooms not too long ago at my house in San Diego).

I am not new to home repairs or renovations but haven't had to replace a bathroom. A smell was whenever one of those toilets was flushed. A quick search online suggested the wax ring may want to be replaced. I reached out to 8 pipes companies and 7 of them were very happy to sell the service (some prices have been doubled the other's bids). Muller Plumbing Services was the only one that read my message with the full description of my difficulty. From what I had disclosed, Robert was able to tell me that my problem was most likely not the wax ring and he does sell services/products that are not needed nor would the problem be fixed by it. I did a bit more research and it turned out I ended up saving hundreds of hours and dollar of aggravation and that Robert was right. I'll definitely give Robert a call if I want his service later on.

Needed to replace a water pressure regulator which had ceased working. Robert was able to come out fast to get a call, established a price and responded quickly to my request to get a quote. Job was done professionally and he helped me to adjust the strain and cleaned up after himself. Quite pleased with the quality of also the price and the work.
