Prescription Plumbing

I made a decision to have another opinion. . .thus enters Travis. I went online and was blown off by the testimonials. Based on what I read, I felt confident that if he confirmed the diagnosis, I could trust that was exactly what was needed. He responded right away to my text; and even though a work schedule; stated he would come by on his way home.
Where do I start...
Travis was just also his work that the prescription that is ideal and what the doctor ordered. He's got a customer for life!
, yesterday, I awakened to water in my bathroom floor. . I have an upstairs condo so was worried not just about damage to my unit. . .but also my neighbors' downstairs. I looked online and initially referred to as a plumber that came right over. Discussed cutting a hole in the walls; removing the bathroom and leaving me without a bathroom to ensure the water dried, although he wasn't exactly sure of the cause. His price would be up to $1000. He felt they could advise on the way to have their fee is paid by my possessions; although he advised me that the flooding company would have their own bill.
As promised, Travis arrived in the late afternoon; recognized my issue; and was ready to stay (after already working a complete day) to fix the flow. He charged a tenth of what was initially quoted; left me w/o a bathroom for under an hour; fixed a few other little plumbing annoyances w/the toilet and shower (w/o fee ); also did an immaculate clean-up job. I've never had an experience.
I was left by the information at an absolute panic. I knew it was not something which could be put off. I work from home and it had been my bathroom.

Travis is awesome! Put him on your speed dial for all your plumbing requirements. I asked a quotation through yelp and had a response within 5 minutes. Additionally, I didn't even have a large project to do (kitchen faucet replacement). Despite being a small job, he had been responsive, and treated me like a large paying customer. I can't say enough about Travis and Prescription Plumbing. Honest. Fair. Quality work! Highly recommend.

Speedy response, fair price. We're in an HOA and needed to have the water and Travis gave some fantastic advice on dealing. Saved in my mobile as my next"go-to" for plumbing help.

So it had been similar to 8PM or at night, and I am calling like 10 plumbing companies to determine if anyone is available to come fix our restroom immediately. People wanted some amounts of money to come out over the hour. I declined their offers all. Finally I find Prescription Plumbing on Yelp, and gave them a telephone.
So I texted him I couldn't attain Travis on the phone. He provided me so much help if you're saving money and we ended up fixing the problem, which stored Travis a trip, but ultimately saves me money. . Ya can not complain! If I needed it I would reach out to Travis for help again without hesitation. Friendly guy with all the know-how. If you're going to trust something to anybody, that someone needs to know what they're doing, and that someone is Travis!

Travis was adapting into my work schedule and responded to my query right away. He fixed my shower immediately and economically and took the opportunity to explain exactly what he had done. He was extremely professional and friendly and I would recommend his services! :)

This is a hard review to write because it didn't need to be this way. I'm a repeat customer with Prescription. I have texted with Travis, and I'd Chris come out for a service call in March and he was speedy and knowledgeable. I requested to have Chris come out again for a few things on a house inspection report. He basically couldn't do any of it due to liability reasons, when Chris got here at 1pm. The 1 thing he did was tighten a twist onto a kitchen faucet that literally took just two minutes. . .and he said there'd be no charge. I text Travis at 1:27pm thanking him asked about an invoice estimate for replacing a water pressure gauge (one of review items) in addition to stating they couldn't fix different things, and he begins to question me about what Chris did. He comes and goes. I get another knock at the door and it's Chris for a third time telling me Travis said he wants to charge you half of a service call. I mean I know this a business enterprise. I know there are employees and invoices . But, how do you justify in business telling a customer NO charge, come back not twice but three times and the CHARGE them? Not great customer service or business integrity... They were great up until this point, which is why they obtained two celebrities... I won't be returning and will definitely relay to others my experience.
My review stands.
***UPDATE from company's response: When you clearly state it wasn't my fault further proves that I shouldn't have been charged. How do you charge a customer for an employee's mistake and not company policy?

I get generous with my celebrities but I would, when I could give celebrities for Travis to five. I haven't had work but after having to get a plumber in for a pinhole leak over the weekend, it made me love Travis in Prescription Plumbing a great deal more that is the prompting with this inspection. Before, he's done everything in my house from flow detection, to replacing a main line to installing new bathrooms and that I was bummed he happened to be out of town when most this happened, but that didn't stop him from giving guidance as simple as turning off the water or checking in on how things went even though he wasn't available, he cared for me as a customer. And he came to assess the situation after the remediation team took their machines all out since I am considering re-piping. He's a good guy, thorough, and fair. You can't go wrong here picking Travis as your own plumber.

Still working with Travis and still very pleased! He tracked down a problem that was plaguing our plumbing system (which I thought was going to be an extremely demanding and costly issue ) and repaired it completely using a simple solution. Told me exactly what he was doing, and when he was finished, the difficulty was GONE - and it's stayed gone for six months because. It's rare to find somebody who understands his craft this well. Prescription is my go-to plumbing service, hands down, As I said before.

Travis was a gem. When replacing our bathroom he was efficient and fast. It was so refreshing working with a company that offers communication, excellent customer service, and skills. We will 100 utilize Travis. I would highly recommend his firm.

He is the owner / operator, so you are not dealing with company that does not care or a series. He is knowledgeable and chooses. I wish we'd found him! We did our homework and got about 3 other quotes. Not only was Travis the most affordable but he is the one my husband felt confident that he knew his stuff. Do not call anyone else on your plumbing needs, Travis is the best!

He showed up about 5 and job performed by 6. Really informative and friendly. Would refer to anyone who wants this type of services!
We had a plastic pipe leak in the front yard near the main. I would like him to have a look because most those 5 star reviews I'd read although we got offers Travis, after inspection. Travis was able to give us quite reasonable quote by simply have a look of the pic(of the landscape!!) I described the issue through text message and delivered to his cell. In addition, he said he could fix it now which is 3 pm, or a Plus as it two.

I met Travis when I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. He stopped the flood came out and fixed the problem. And the price was fair! Ever since then, I have had Travis out to my home many times. He does a great job for a reasonable price, and so is professional and polite too. I can not recommend him highly enough!

If I had a prescription I would definitely be calling these guys. Professional, client service catered for service to some of our business requirements and informed. Quick and service invoice. Don't pass up these guys if you are looking for a service provider which you can expect to be there and on time.

We just finished a plumbing reroute and Travis did an superb job. He also delivered the job on time and within budget. Travis was set up a great dust control zone to reduce heating debris and tidy. I will use Perscription Plumbing .

Travis is flat out amazing. He discovered a problem I would never of understood without his comprehensive work. Then he spent the rest of the day repairing that issue. He's just a plumber that is wonderful, and professional, considerate. Two thumbs way up!

Now, something incredible happened and I will tell you if you have a moment.
I called All Express to see if they could help and while waiting for a call , read all their horrible reviews. So I asked a quotation from Prescription Plumbing. Insanely fast. But that's not the part that is amazing. He texted advice and sent Reset Procedures to do it . Who does that?!?! Well, our plumber does. I have not ever had a service provider give such wonderful customer support at no cost. I am so grateful that I now have a plumber who I can trust. Don't read this section Trevor: today in a couple of months once I have him come fix our downstairs bathroom and the leak in the kitchen sink, he could charge me anything and I would believe him.
It is embarrassing that I have given 5 stars for an El Torito for refilling my tea and letting me get an for my birthday supper that is free. Since that pales in comparison experience. I wish that there were more celebrities! Happy New Year everybody and here's to areas and people like Trevor in Prescription Plumbing!

Travis is a guy that is good and he's fair. He was working through an issue on our home and quite patient and worked to help get a permit for the job. It was not straight with the home. Travis did a great job and I will be recommending you to all of family and our friends.

Had a flow in toilet Travis was great! Highly recommend. Once the leak occurred waited for him to come back to have the repair that is how much trusted travis have been out of town. Turned water off to that toilet til he returned
