He had it delivered to me after he was initially called by me. This was a great sunny day, Wednesday roughly 1pm. (Perhaps not a snowy icy night that would be extremely busy.)

Called Phelps Towing to pick up my forklift onto a wrecker which I got stuck in the grass about ten miles off. He has been there to pick mine up directly and dropped off another vehicle.
I wish I could offer them a ZERO!
If your car or truck is damaged in an accident and the cops call them to tow it on Saturday don't plan on picking this up on Sunday without paying an fee for them to allow you to get your vehicle. In case you don't, on paying storage for 7, yet plan. Talk about a scam artist.
