Pop-A-Lock of Peoria

Quite satisfied with the support and the total amount of time opened and my 2 dogs out.
Situation: Sunday evening I secured my sets of secrets. Pop-A-Lock got out to Lake Pleasant. It required only a couple of minutes to find the door unlocked. VERY PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT SERVICE.

This has got to be. Their customer support is amazing, the lock were great. Prices are very inexpensive, I recommend anyone desiring a locksmith USE POP-a-LOCK!

Nate was prompt and caring! He took care of several things that needed to be done for my customer. He rekeyed his house, truck, mailbox and gun. That is one guy when I call!! and company that follows through and does it Good business! Thank you for all your help!

Called them on a Sunday evening they had been out to my home quickly, back on their own way and fixed the lock half hour. Thank you Nate for this a quick reliable job! I will tell all to ask if I ever need another smith Iwill and you not hesitate. Great job guys!

My husband and I locked ourselves and had no other way and had to do a look for a 24hr locksmith. Pop-A-Lock was the sticks to our house and the customer satisfaction ratings were high, so they were called by that my husband.
James (the locksmith) arrived in a timely manner and was not only professional, but came with a sense of humor, which was needed given the situation. Service was excellent. Thank you.

Lost my key and I had no idea where it was. Phone was about to die and it rain. Obviously I wanted someone. Called pop a lock and the guy said 30mins (really got here in 30mins) and price was really really perfect for launching and re-keying my location. I would suggest this for everyone who gets as unfortunate as me and wants to get into their house.

Pop-a-lock was amazing. There was a really short wait for them to arrive at my place. I had already asked security to help me open my car door and they could not get it. Mendel got the door unlocked within minutes and on first attempt. He was useful and quite nice!! Will be saving their number.

I phoned them to get someone nobody was there by 8, so I called again and they said I had been called by someone and that I cancelled. I never got a call from them, nor did I call and cancel. It took another 15 minutes for the locksmith to call me and confirm my speech and service, and if there was any way once I inquired I was told I might get off $10. That is it. For nobody and having to be somewhere at 8:30 pm showing up til after that time, they're going to make me pay $85 to them? Never again can I when I need a locksmith of any type, use their services.

We had Deric come out & help us now & he had been terrific friendly & a pleasure to be around!
So I have to confess, we (boyfriend & I) are idiots & believed our lock was busted up on our door & known to have him fix it (was a Sunday afternoon, felt really awful wasting his time), however he arrived super fast, I mean possibly 15-20 minutes and we reside on 59th ave & 101. He asked to see our keys & realized we used the wrong ones. (Yes, I understand, we are stupid). My boyfriend broke part of he & the lock broke was for this door, when Deric figured out that you was busted, he asked if we needed him to make the next one so he would possess the one he broke. In addition, he replaced the lock that was on the door & gave us keys for that too. Super quick & friendly. Wasn't annoyed or aggravated by our stupidly at all. I would recommend these men, and they have my business, if I ever need them . :)
