Pop A lock was dispatched through Geico Roadside to get a flat tire. I told the dispatcher that no one ever tried to contact me and I was sitting in the location with my phone on. She only said," it only says could not touch, you'll have to call and have Geico do a different ticket". No apology, no explanation about how the driver attempted that the service had been cancelled. I was only left to await nothing.
I was really frustrated. I made phone and my keys in the vehicle and they said I stood outside my home for two hours and it'd take more than 30 min.
