Thanks again!!!
I had a flat tire and Aaron a lock came to my home and was super friendly and easy going! He switched out my apartment for me put tire and gave me directions about the best way to deal with the flat tire.
Had a request to duplicate an automobile key with programming. On-time, courteous, thorough and got the job done in a timely way. Worked on a switched location because of scheduling with us. Better off paying money. Prices reasonable. Key works amazing.
I had a very good experience. They are quick and professional. Thanks to Richard, I had service in a really short time. I would certainly use their services again and recommend them. Thank you for saving the day, Richard!
At promptness at a business, client service, communication, and last!
By problem-solver Ann to Sean, that repaired the doorway, but shared what may occur later on, it had been a joy to do business with Pop-A-Lock of Hollister. They are highly recommended by me. Other companies in Hollister, you could learn a thing or two!
If my son's friend lost the key that is cary called, Richard was communicative and exceptionally helpful. Upfront with pricing and no directly Pop A Lock has my vote!
I've been in Walmart parking lot like a Person from Thursday/friday night AM I lost my keys. I unlocked my car when they fell or something it was so dim and with a 1000 dollars worth of equipment also and cleaning supplies It rain HEAVY and I was really very tired. I decide to just break until
He DOES YEAH LIFE SAVER. I LIVE IN SAN AND WANT TO GET MY BABY AND GO HOME
Vanish.
I really don't want to leave stuff in it to my car unattended. I've spent 2 days sleeping and walking about asking Walmart employees. They
The rain stopped to look for the keys.
This is a nightmare
Well..it is Christmas Eve day and I've appeared several times. My husband came to help me seem.
*****??? % @.
I call what or the pop a fool. He looked to see whether he had the key for my create car.
Pop-a-lock saved me once I dropped my car keys during a street race in Monterey this past November. Aaron arrived with a secret prepared to go all of the way from Gilroy. He was awaiting my car for hours and brought me because he knew I'd run a run a wellness shake. Absolutely amazing customer support. Thank you!
My key had struck and scrambled to get a key. Following no lock I stumbled across pop a lock of south county on Sean and fb arrived in less then 20 minutes after the telephone. He was kind and professional and he made the key in 30 minutes and I was thankful that I was spared by him. Thanks a lot
My car keys were stolen from downtown Santa Cruz and my insurance called this business and I had the joy of getting Aaron and helping out with getting me a replacement key for my vehicle. Since my car is a dodge caravan 05, he worked really hard and we needed to purchase a pin code because this year of dodge is still under chrystler. Over all I had an wonderful experience and my stress level lowered a whole lot. Thank you sooo much Aaron. You're amazing. I hope Your Entire transfer scenario pulls through:)
Showed up within 30 minutes and quickly made a secret to get my keys. Was kind enough to attempt to pick the lock so it was expensive but could not get it and made the secret.
Wow! What great service. Our office had a quick fix on a lock for the gentleman and our shuttle bus came out and inspected the unit and gave us some advice and took good care of our requirement with a grin and professionalism. We would be delighted to use them and would recommend this company.
If it was let by Yelp I would give 10 stars to them. Overall hands down one of the very best customer support. Rich was exceptionally knowledgeable and talked me through the sort of lock I had, as well as his recommendations. The lady that took my information and booked my appointment was well mannered, patient and extremely nice. The service representative Aaron was phenomenal he walked through the procedure for resetting my lock and how it's done. Showed me different options and was patient awarded I was his final stop for the day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and appreciate them for squeezing me into their program the day of.
Company runs. These men did an amazing job and we had to make a new key for our car and using a space too! They were able to make a key remote . We will definitely call them for all our upcoming locksmith needs and are please with their service.
AARON WHO?!?!?!?!?! Rather, I get a telephone and text that my car is at the garage and he had additional calls to get to. UUUUMMMM DUDE, I HAD A FLAT! I TOLD YOU MY CAR WAS IN THE DRIVEWAY!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?! DID YOU EVEN COME BY?!?!?!?! I CAN SEE MY CAR FROM MY OFFICE WINDOW?!?!?!?
ETA 10:31am. Received a telephone from AARON at 10:49 a stating his birth would be in 10 minutes. I had. We agreed to supply Aaron access for my vehicle so long as the secret was in the car. "No issue," he says. Smooth effortless fix and transition.
I returned text message and your telephone. To no avail. . .you became radio silent knowing you FAILED TO DO YOUR JOB!!! Work AARON:-RRB-!!!
I broke my key's fob part - it snapped off. Gave arranged to meet with them at the Costco parking lot and Pop-a-Lock a telephone. (Their suggestion) I was able to get some shopping done while the new key was made. Really convenient. The manufacturer was efficient and clean cut. I felt as though I was in great hands.
Called Richard at Pop-a-lock. My issue is, do not estimate. Horrible customer service Richard! If I could give you a celebrity for being a body I would.
It has been 35 minutes. I requested and called Richard that I am waiting and where his man is. Asked if I would get a discount for waiting around for him, he explained:"Uh no, I do not think so, you are already getting a discount since my man is already in your location" I thanked him for being such a good (insert sarcasm here) customer service urge.
I took a few hours off work to get locks rekeyed... the initial call was insightful and I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Next day came and I waited for my appointment between 10-1030 and no courtesy phone to let me know if the technician is on the road or not coming. I text the proprietor at 10:45 to see exactly what the status is, by now 30 minutes passed and I get a call in the technician eventually and he says he's running late and won't capable make by 11:30 either so I explained that I needed to return to work in 12. I really do know circumstances but common courtesy would made a difference and requested to reschedule I laughed said No thank you're not going to risk yet another days cover so you cannot call me backagain. So I then called the operator and to notify him of scenario and that I wasn't happy with the service and he didn't make any proposals to help my scenario besides to reschedule and I am not asking for any handouts or anything free of charge but I wasn't going to attempt to schedule another appointment with POP A LOCK to return and that I risk another days pay...
He made me two home keys while he was nice man and charged my battery life! Am pleased with this service and enjoy that it's a Gilroy based company.
Aaron came by in 20 min.; sooner than the 45 min. Quote in the Road Service people.
Desired a whole new chip crucial for the'09 Ford Fusion. Excellent, prompt and courteous service. Paid $315 and received the key I had 2 spares. Even came to me. The dealership was going to charge me that cost for 1 crucial and I needed to have my car towed to them that was going to cost another $80. So I received a great thing. I would recommend them.
I used these guys before when I was locked out of the vehicle. They came for the period of day and space. The fee was reasonable after they drove 25 miles. My car was opened and I was back on the road.
That worked out well when I called again to ask about having a fresh blank key cut and also programmed the person who answered the phone was impolite and I decided to go with another company.
