Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT! Brought in a classic Schalge Key in to be copied. Jane and Michael looked high and low through the store to find blanks. Michael found Master blanks he cut for me. They were CORRECT! Great job for just a simple $ 6.60, two key sale! Box hardware companies, in addition to smaller hardware stores could have given up and sent me on my way. But not this place! Thank you both very much!!!!!!

I would reccomend Precision Locksmith to anybody desiring their locks re-keyed and also getting new locks. Michael came on set up, re-keyed and time locks. I found him to be dependable, professional and cane with a work ethic that was fantastic. This quality is hard ti find. I would use him again when I want to.

I needed a local locksmith to rekey the front door at a property. I called several places asking speedy and estimate turnaround on date/time. These guys hit on on the sweet spot on both. They showed up on time and were in and out . I'll use them again next time I need a locksmith.

The locksmith was not at the store although I came here hoping to get a key. There was a sign posted they were closed but could return at 3:30. I then called the number and the guy stated he'd be back in one hour"possibly" What is maybe supposed to imply? I need a time so that way I'm not wasting my time. Wasted my gasoline to go to this place and at the end did not even get my key. If your not likely to be in the store, then why bother posting a sign with the time on it!? Maybe this is a company but at least show a little professionalism!

Person I talked to on the phone states they don't program key fobs... however their website says they do. Time to upgrade your information guys.

Workers appeared very nice and could assist when my Lexus automobile key broke in half. Since the chip has been broken, I could not drive the car. Took it paid $50 to get a plastic casing. Ended up moving back 2 more times. I told them the keys didnt match and the new one was too small. They insisted that it wasn't. Went to the Lexus automobile and got it fixed in 10 min for $154. It was too small, just as I said. Go to your automobile and get it made to get a bit more money and using a 1 year warranty.

I am so glad I found Mike - he has done a great job rekeying my home (even fixed some problems in my deadbolt:-RRB- and at a very reasonable price! I could not be happier and highly recommend his services!

They and Fantastic service DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I had to get a home key duplicated and 2 other (hardware) stores failed. They were fast to be aware of the issue and I now have a duplicate that works. Service was fast and friendly and price is also comparable (to hardware stores) as well as reasonable. THANKS!!

Had someone in my home. He opened my door (I had locked myself out) within minutes and the whole procedure went smoothly. I hope never to need a locksmith again as I told him but I know who to call when I do.

I am hoping this company was caught by us on a day, but when the gentleman is any indication of the overall customer services of this company, it won't bode well for them. We walked in the store together with the assembly in hand. The front desk man came out of the trunk, and without saying"hello" or"how can I help you", he just started shaking his head. When we attempted to explain the issue, '' he INTERRUPTED us mid-sentence, and stated - and I quote -"You purchased junk. I can't help you. This really is only junk". Obviously, a path in proper customer communication is needed. Wouldn't go there again - EVER. As they are quite near my neighborhood, and it is a shame. WOW!

Amazing price, Fantastic service. Me re-key all doors to the key in my home. Took under 30 minutes, and arrived in time start to finish. Were really respectful and professional. Like they're made of butter, the locks now open!

When I thanked Michael Russell for his professionalism. He said that he was only doing his job. He did it very well! He started a file cabinet along with a lock at a storm dorm for no extra charge. They had been on the amount due was that which was estimated. Thank you very much to do your job well!

We had a backdoor that had a double keyed lock that was a fire hazard. We were told by other people that it couldn't be altered and when it would it would cost $300+. Called up these men and they said no problem. They called to confirm our appointment the Locksmith took one look walked in and got right to work. We have and it was half the cost of what we were quoted in the past. Wonderful! No nonsense and rates that are fair! We will definitely use them again. You will not be sorry!
