Been having issues with my bathtub, hopefully it stays like this BUT Mathew was nice and did a quick task! My bathtub was flooded and he required less than 30 minutes to fix the pipes. Not only did he get everything done but made sure to clean everything. Would deff recommend

From the pantry, for example.
There's probably more, but the point is that the caliber of the job was dreadful and I will avoid them like the plague.
Purchased my house a year ago and Premier replumbed the water lines before closing for the owner. They need to have known that the individualn't went to use the machine, since we find over and over that the caliber of the job was abysmal.
- Didn't insulate lines running throughout the loft. Maybe thought no one could look? A line that is suspended could have burst in winter.
- None of the old under-sink valves were removed, therefore sinks have four valves underneath. Two of which are the old useless valves.
In no particular order:
- Didn't run a water line that is hot to sink in the master bath. Got two chilly water lines instead. Had to have.
- trash & Random pex pipes left over the place. Needed to clean out a heap of crap before closing.
- Used to have four hose attachments, now have two. No nozzle fittings in the entire yard. Because they were not plumbed well, the previous fittings are there plain.
- Didn't remove the plumbing taps. I have the useless original taps sitting in the wall and what should be a recess plate just screwed to the wall with the newest taps. Shoddy.

Horrible service. My heater tank changed in which cleaned the pipe for air conditioning. Unethical firm.

I had FloRite come to my home for a drainage issue I places. A young guy named Timothy and his guy came. I apologize for not knowing his name. I am impressed with the high quality and so focused on getting the task done. Both of these guys were very courteous and always was worried about providing excellent customer support. As far as I am worried I will call this business .

According to Monday, they came out on Tuesday. Was told by a company we'd need to repipe to the tune of $4900! For a slab leak. Randy stated there was no leak at all! Very grateful for honesty. Can maintain them on speed dial for any issues!

After that I was done together, but I finally had to call them to attempt to get a copy of the invoice for the first $85 I invested to give to my landlord (mind you, nothing else had been fixed so that it had been a waste of $85). They do not seem to have any record keeping system, and Bob could not look up the invoice. Finally he sent an email with a list of this transaction to me, but it turned out to be a text mail - not official, but that is exactly what you get with Premier - unprofessional, unofficial, disorganized. Steer clear of these men.
But I thought, they're plumbers, what can you anticipate? Here's how it spiraled down from there:
I had a clogged line at which the water runs out of the washer into the floor. The first guy came out and thought it had been fixed by him, charged me. I conducted a load after he left and it backed up . I phoned him he said another day to look at it 18, he would return but never did. I called Bob and the following week stated the following morning, he would send his guy. When I asked him what time he explained first thing about 8 am. The plumber called me at 5 pm (at work) and stated he had been on his way there - this is the kind of professionalism you'll be dealing with. The following day he showed up and tried to snake it out again, to no avail. At that stage I was told by the plumber it would be $500-$600 to bust through the cement and redo the ducts there, which I had been skeptical about but when it needs to be achieved it needs to be accomplished. Thus... I checked with my landlord and got the cost accepted, and put up a consultation with Bob. Again, he stated they would be out the AM and I never heard anything from them, nothing, not a telephone.

These guys are great! I had a water flow either in the slab or the line that feeds the house with water. It's on my side of the meter! The team was there as and when promised, prepared to diagnose and fix the issue at hand. It was be a flow between the meter and your house. It had been fixed fast, with minimal cost and everything as it had been put back. The experience I've ever had with a plumbing contractor. 5 stars is not enough!

No show, no call. Early morning I predicted and was told someone would be in my home between 12PM-3PM. I called to confirm and was told they'd call out the man in the field then call me back. After no response by 3PM I called back and was told nobody would have the ability to emerge. Worst customer support

Appreciated Bob helping me with my septic issues!
