I called ten minutes ahead of his recorded final time and told him what my problem was (backed up kitchen sink which had outsmarted me). Without batting an eyelash, me tacked on to the end of his day and was in under an hour.
That means a individual needs to cram a little additional money into a day's work. While he was here it was clear that he really wanted to solve the issue, although there is nothing wrong with this. He described every step of the procedure tracking it down, fixed it, double checked it, made hints about what to do next to keep the drain pipes healthy and clear, and on top of all ... he guaranteed that if he couldn't fix it, he would not charge.
He actually takes pride in his work and it shows. He is honest and genuinely helpful, and will be my first call for this type of work from now on.
