UPDATE 1/13/17:Hard to get anyone on the phone
(which never occurred ). That is the only way to get a quote from them apparently.

Contact has been received by me from the business and was explained the situations which contributed to follow up. I did get an apology and we seem to be back on track.
As they followed me up Can't comment on the caliber of work. (nevertheless the reviews I read before calling them appeared to have clients happy with the caliber of work)
Following the work is complete, will do a final upgrade!
And I called one more time 5 months later just to attempt to get the quote on the phone and they did not reply my call.
My experience was good, as Josh satisfied with me and looked at my property.
I tried to employ a business to complete a bathroom remodel. They called me back which was fine, Though nobody ever answers the telephone.
Then it fell apart, as I did not get quotations that I was promised, and I tried calling them. I received 3 callbacks stating that I was going to receive something via email.
