I picked on them because of their yelp testimonials and needed a plumber and fast and'm sso GLAD I did. . I bought a city house (without going into much detail I had been scammed) long distance after a long nasty divorce. My very first trip up there it was discovered the sink was unusable because of not being sealed. They fit me into their schedule in my trip up there - where we discovered the bathroom in the 1/2 bath was not sitting correctly. James fixed the sink and the bathroom and that I wrote the check WRONG I was so exhausted. They were EXTREMELY understanding about it and predicted once I drove back into WPB. I am also getting the garden landscaped & needed the working. If they called about the check I'd asked them. I called one night at beginning of week and they had been there the next morning FIXED. The condition did not even think it was possible. I'm moving up there not knowing anybody or who to rely on but can inform you if you need plumbers! They're pleasant no matter that you deal with, up front about the prices, carry just about everything that you need in their trucks (which are generally better quality than anything you might have installed - based on where you reside ) do not waste time to pad the price tag, friendly and genuinely CARE about what they do. If I could give 10 stars I would.
These individuals are amazing to work with. Always accommodating and friendly. We have had Joe assist us with our plumbing issues and he is top notch.
In case you have any plumbing issues, I would recommend giving them a phone. Quick, knowledgeable, and honest.
I phoned J.W. Freeman on Jan 2 shortly after the new year and they were able to get my hot water heater replaced the next day. That's amazing support! The support technician told me what went on, laid out the choices of replacement or repairing, but the age of this device made sense to substitute. Rather than just trying to sell something to , I was thankful for the advice. Thanks!!
Thank you J. W. Freeman Plumbing for saving us! Water started spewing everywhere when the water spigot broke off out. First, the lovely person who answers the phone walked us through locating the water to switch off the water, she discovered one of her plumbers who could get here within minutes. He fix the spigot easily with a plumber's instrument, and he had been a mix that is rare, both professional and affordable. This company is strongly recommended by me!
I had a dishwasher and I called on a Friday afternoon at around noon. The guy on the other point explained he can arrange for someone to escape to my place at the two hours and was very nice. In no time the plumber installed my dishwasher and came out. They were the charge per hour and about pricing. The plumber who came even offered also to take the old boxes for me and also to take my old dishwasher for me downstairs. I was very satisfied and would recommend them for any pipes solutions needed. The plumber explained what he do and specific tools were necessary. This was really courteous.
This company goes above and beyond to help their customers.My church advocated them and after 15 years I finally understand why I have plumbing problems .They additionally helped me with a couple other problems. My neighbor was happy and used them exactly the same day too. I'll continue to urge them as a 100 veteran it's good to have a business Joe was great with my service dog Freedom
The technicians who came out to fix our faucet were people that are receptive, easy to talk to and cleaned up after themselves, which I appreciate a good deal. Additionally, the service cost was cheaper than other quotations I had received. I'm very delighted with the plumbing crew and their degree of service. Thank you, JWFP.
Transferring in a house that had toilets we had to find a plumber. Freeman got Yelp reviews that were excellent. Scheduled to satisfy our time everything went easily. The toilets are fantastic! There was a hitch with a question on charges and the installment of a tap but our point was seen by Freeman's and refunded us exactly what was a fair amount. This alone speaks highly of this company. Freeman's will be definitely called by us again for our next plumbing job.

These people are the very best. , I called them and they said they'd come around 12:00PM. He was on time and fixed the issue ( a busted pipe) supporting the dishwasher. He was very courteous and professional. They are strongly recommended by me. THANK YOU! The cost was quite fair. Good Job!
Once again I phoned Freeman and had been sent a great young man who came on time and finished both tasks (bath diverter leak/replacement and removal of the garbage disposal) in 2 hours. The charge was reasonable ($320 parts and labour ). Overall a good experience.
A tree fell onto our nicely and these men were there within 45 mins of calling. They mended the pipework really wrapped around to ensure everything worked fine until they left. Would certainly recommend!!
Fantastic team - called in at 830 am- That They Created a Direct appointment from 10-12 am -- they showed up 11:05 -- spent an hour diagnosing a very tricky issue Which ended up being a solenoid in the washer, the cause of Shortage of hot water During the Flat -Go figure! Super cordial

Came home from hurricane to locate my kitchen garbage disposal backing up into my tub. Beyond gross. The dispatcher that was beautiful and called Freeman got two men out on day, even earlier than anticipated. Before they came, were courteous and efficient they predicted. They have got my company!!

I called after getting new counter tops JW Freeman Plumbing to reconnect the kitchen sink and then install a new faucet and disposal. BJ called to say he was on his way in the time and afterwards I showed him what I had done, he jumped to finish the work completely and effectively. BJ was explained everything completely, organized, and very polite! He explained what had to be performed and provided a no cost estimate once I was prepared to proceed and looked in another project I considered. The work today's cost was reasonable and BJ made sure everything was drip free and working! I would, if I could give more than 5 stars! Job BJ and JW Freeman Plumbing!

Went with this business reviews. The gentleman that came was professional and nice, and completed the work. There was a miscommunication with the pricing. I should've asked how much the occupation in Total would be. The gentleman thought I understood so the total was somewhat higher than anticipated. We worked out it in the end! Apparently this information was likely to be awarded to me personally from the scheduler/receptionist, but was not. Still would recommend this firm for the provider that is actual, but you should request grand 1st! :)
