I work in the RV Business. A coworker and I were referred to these people to receive a pair of pass keys. They have been informative friendly and reasonable. So why the decrepit that are single star?
I sent the customer home promising I'd make a house call (which we don't do) to install his own lock with apologies. I then proceeded to wait for a call back from the business, a 253 number. Late in the afternoon, the business known as our office and stated they had been trying to reach me and got no answer. I checked my cell and had nothing in Puget Sound Locksmith, but there were several from a strange 920 number. It was the employee's cell phone. His message stated"this lock whatever you dropped off this is done. Come make it" so unprofessional and discourteous again.
I knew when our driver was shipped by them back, something was not right. My boss called to clarify when we would be receiving back the lock while I was moving over the coach with the customer. Whoever answered the telephone was impolite and unprofessional. He advised her she would come pick it up if she desired, when she asked for an ETA.
This was a massive chance for them to land a account, but thanks to this man was to bring me and have a thorough, comprehensive discussion of how we will never go outside our suppliers ever again. Yes Ma'm clear thank you. At least I still have my job.
Fast forward to this morning in a occupation industry once I was with an emergency before delivering a $50,000 coach. The problem was a key for a compartment door. Our routine supplier was too far off to have it done before the customer required to leave so I (the new man ) raised my hand and said I know a man. I phoned them up and explained the problem said no issue. I said great, we will be there in 10.
