Quick Locksmith

Quick Locksmith really outdid themselves this time. I had been passing through LA and being in a frantic hurry, I locked myself! I hate when that happens! Instead of being frustrated I called a locksmith. Quick Locksmith promised they'd be able to come out in 45 minutes but just ended up carrying 25. Wow, it's rare that a provider arrives earlier than the deadline. I am not complaining! Very smooth turnaround! I would recommend these guys for making my life simpler and keeping themselves answerable for time direction.

Inferior Company! Horrible customer service. Don't do business together. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before I had them come out to my home. They do not even deserve one star. They lie and try to get more cash after the job is finished without telling you the price was quoted.

Very untrustworthy. Gave company directives to just communicate with me the unlocking of a door to a room in a house I rent for the son for school. The tech,"Steve," came out convinced my son to break the door lock with a pair of pliers (without the home owner's permission) and then took his family military ID and left. He refused to return the ID until I paid him for his"services" Then and only then would he shed the ID off in a 7-eleven. Beware! Police report filed.

They are not professional or reliable. As soon as we ask for them to help with a lock door, however, they do the job half bum! When we called minutes after to tell them they desired to recharge! Save your cash. Tisk, tisk the only thing is taking money!
Fundamentally they are stealing!

The Shower of Hope for, the charity that I work, known as Quick Locksmith to mend one of the locks. They shipped ppl to fix the door 165 and we have a broken door. They are refusing to repay some of the money.
We are a 501c3 charity that provide showers all over Los Angeles each week and operate on donations so it's quite annoying when things like this happen. If this business is hired by you please make sure that they do the job before you give a dime to them.

Don't do business with them. They will take your money and not finish the job they started.
We called them to fix the lock on the door on our mobile shower trailer. Not only did the person finish it and they sent not finish the job, but also refused to come back!
Find another locksmith. Don't conduct business unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain!

Don't USE!Called them this morning because the doors to one of our shower trailers would not start. They sent a locksmith who they subcontract who opened the door but didn't fix the lock. Once we shut the door it would not open. They couldn't get the locksmith to come back as he had been a subcontractor who picked up another 22, when we called. They refused to ship another locksmith and when we asked to speak to a supervisor they said that was not possible. Save your money and call somebody else!

They sent over a locksmith to start a door and we called for assistance with a lock and he did half the job and charged a leg and with an arm. They wouldn't budge but it happens. The difficulty was that he did not complete the job. After he claimed the task was completed and left, we discovered we were shut and closed the door. We phoned him back that he said that he was at another site in Long Beach, which is an hour away and only 10 minutes after he left and was untrue. I called the company back and they said they would send out somebody. Two hours later still no one came, and after following up the dispatcher began giving all sorts of excuses that the manager was on vacation or like they were active and couldn't be bothered. Then they gave explanations that the job was completed and that we needed to cover a new price to have them come out and execute a job.
That was really unprofessional although the dispatcher promised to find out somebody right away but was lying to her client. It is clear they are not utilized to company. This business just attempts to make a buck rather than deals with their clients after the first time.

Nothing more to mention.
We phoned them to support our shower facility. We had been billed 165.00 and the door lock is still broken. A charity support.... seriously??

RIP OFFThey offered me $60 on the phone to come and open the door to my home. When the job was finished , they told me that a ) The price was $150( b) they would not require a check and c) they only would require a credit card when they received a carbon copy of my charge (That isn't secure ). They refused to work with me on these problems. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE FOLKS.

In an effort to save time and money that I googled locksmith also this was the first business to pop up having a 5 star score. The website says residential locks are $15, but do not be fooled- that's the beginning quote for a quote. He charged me $ 25 wouldn't any call be categorized as such and then went ahead? Thus a total of $ 140 for a lock that did not even include a deadbolt, after that he explained to start the lock could be an extra $100.
The technician used a wrench and the pseudo keys to hammer away at my lock when that didn't work he used pumps to the door and yet another tool to simply ply the door in the most cringing way open. Did the service take maybe 25 minutes to start but it also left damage on my door. Just call the Asian guys with all the flat rate prices that are upfront.
Getting ripped off by a locksmith for a living space that is residential happens all too much, this firm is just another to add to this list of DO NOT CALL.

It was BS. This subcontractor, Benji, tries to get me to do the key for $260, then $240 money....
Yelp does not have adverse scores! Lost my car key its dark discovered that these A-holes on google. Fancy website of 855-222-8388 with a 24/7 telephone. With this emergency, they could not schedule until the morning after. (Thank God for Uber to get home!) The gal estimates me a FIRM cost to replace the key of $120 based to emerge. I have her replicate and confirm that this total cost of $135.00 total.

So I wait the next morning at the cold, after many telephone calls to the service center, the technician (who's just a subcontractor) FINALLY shows 1 1/2 hours late. Then he tells me that the cost will be TRIPLE. I refuse and ask him to telephone the office. "Denny" (whom he maintained was that the owner) talked about me to this tech in a foreign language on speaker. I told him his service grandma who answers the telephone quoted the cost firmly times, he gets enraged and asserts he will go create the tape and has a recording of all calls.

These people today seem to be well trained at a men and women! I called the secretary and she offered me about $60 which comprised the $15 fee for them to push me. The manager called me and said someone was on the road. It was 6pm (not crazy early or late in the night). A guy arrived. We walked into the doorway and he said he can pick on it which took less than 1 minute to do and doesn't have to replace the locks anything. All the sudden he quotes me TRIPLE the purchase price at $170 and said it's the companies cost not his. I told him so he would give me a much lower rate, that is not even close to what I had been quoted and he did not say anything except to call him directly next time. I do not intend on locking myself out every week! I called the secretary right away and we got thrown. I called back and she said the manager would call me back to talk to me. So I called him he never called. No answer. I called again and still no answer. I texted him and it and I've heard nothing. DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY.

Horrible service. Technician they delivered Aaron was the worst, he'd zero customer services. He wanted to charge additional fees for no reason. I will never refer anyone for this company. If I could give Rip Off!!!! $$$$ starving firm. Don't use this organization.
