I highly recommend Quik Lockouts. We were in a situation in which our house was being shown for an Open House and the key had been removed from the lockbox. As buyers lined up to get indoors I predicted Quik Lockout in utter dread and I am two hours away in the house. Moses got to the house in under 15 minutes and got. He ended up doing more work than he bargained for--needing to open an interior locked door and an outside doorway, but didn't try to charge me more than consented --which was very reasonable, especially on this brief notice with a panic stricken customer. We didn't even mention it to me and had Moses mended that too and a loose manage that needed to be fixed the real estate agent afterwards told me.
