I had gone down the hill for a key for my own van. The trader did not understand what they were doing, I made two trips to Kearney Mesa and it did not work. The trader couldn't program the new key to the main computer, (ECM).
The trader told me that they can make a key. My purpose is, visit Ramona Locksmith first.
Ramona Locksmith in half hr. Max, made a key, cloned it worked. Cheaper than the trader, faster than the trader, and they are fun people to boot! .

Wonderful support from begin to finish. They had been on time and also the price was reasonable. Will use again and will recommend.

Ownership has shifted. That is crucial because the owner was also overpriced. The new owner has decent prices and looks worried about being a part of the community (he answers the telephone every time... Good to know in the event you're locked out!) .
It's pricey to re key a vehicle... Think: $75.
Upon searching for the business it turns out they have moved, approximately 100 feet away, across the alley.
There's limited parking, and they are not visible. But staff was helpful.
We had him re do the guards he was quick and prompt.
Edit: July 11, 2017, added: a friend lost a vehicle key.

Adriana, Wow. That's all I could say. Knowledgeable, helpful and careful. I use them for most of my keying issues pool guards, truck keys purchased a safe that has been a great steal. ha. Nobody likely to steal this safe. Thanks Guys.

On this specific visit I had to have the processor cuts and change from my previous key. Told me that I needed and it could not be achieved. Get it programmed and to purchase a key, which may cost a pretty penny. Ramona Locksmith understood and told me to come in and they would give it a go. $3.50 later I have my new vehicle key.
I could get in some problem here. I've a shopping problem that is slight and there is a lock smith store no exception.
1 thing I must mention is that the second time I wander in this store I could be tempted to buy a secure.

Called on a Sunday. TJ was professional friendly and prompt. We locked our keys. He was was on site quicker then he offered on the telephone. Got right to perform and had the job done in no time even. The price he offered on the telephone was the price he charged. Fantastic Company and Great person. Thank you

I have used their services lately for jobs that more than simply duplicated a common key. The store has relocated and the shop is available, and professional. On both occasions, ability and their knowledge were what made for a successful result. Prices were very reasonable and service was prompt, courteous and warm. Saturday hours made matters really convenient and also my project on a set of 4 European locks was immediately solved, despite the fact that there were no components available. Huge inventory of key blanks, including the odd keys for'Tuffy' locks. Nobody had those!

Honestly I've used them two times the 10 I had them. They're never available during business hours. Their vans Both are there so they're not out on forecasts. When they feel like it, they simply open. I loathe going down the hill when it is supposed to be available because a Ramona company can not be open! I made a message, and they did not return my phone. Done together.
