Great experience! Ray was very polite and professional on the phone! He arrived right on time in the morning to our scheduled appointment!! I would recommend him to anybody!!

Call those folks, when you want your locks changed! Ray was favorable on the phone, professional in his demeanor and incredibly educated. He was time for the consultation, called back promptly and changed three locks and added a brand new doorknob. Pricing was very reasonable. Call him!

Ray is specialist, & compassionate, responsive, considerate. Ray helped me my husband once we had to change the locks in our new home. We'll call Ray As soon as we want the assistance of a locksmith at the long run!

I picked Ray's to do some security associated updates for our religious congregation. The tech Doug of ray did work that was precise and gave us great customer service. He also went out of his way to fix something that not related to the call. I would use Ray.

My son just moved into a house and I recommended Ray's predicated on a telephone conversation and the place. Since my son works in a customer service industry, he's particularly sensitive to these problems, and I am not used to receiving calls from him saying'those guys were great - revealed on time the day after I called (to have the house & shed locks rekeyed), appeared to really understand what they were doing, definitely use them again - they're really wonderful .' I have used Ray. He's extremely and dependable trust worthy. Ray took the opportunity to explain plan of action best. He's clear not to waste the client's time. Such as Ray and his team, which makes me proud to live in Berkley it's wonderful to company owners. A wonderful community of men and women that are wonderful.

We'd fantastic service from Ray whenever the deadbolt on the one door we had a secret for at our house broke and we had been locked out of the house. Ray and among his team members came super fast (although it wasn't a crisis!) They were friendly and efficient and worked hard so that I would only have to pay for repair instead of replacement to save the lock. They might have told me I'd no option but to replace the lock and I would have been none the wiser! I would call Ray's Lock Works again in a heartbeat!!

Locksmiths are a dime a dozen and Ray's is not the dime however the quarter also!
Ray's Lock Works has been a vendor of ours for over 2 decades. They are responsive, provide client service and take the time to explain things might or might not operate and what's happening. They also take care of making certain our tenants our key systems are in good working order.

I found these men on Yelp when I needed to change the locks moving out and having a key. They came out same day and got the job done within an hour of arriving. Their pricing was fair and they gave a fair quote over email/phone (whereas others had said they charge an agency fee to come out and see what the job is). They were good about making keys immediately. Their locksmiths were respectful of my house, courteous, personable, kind, and cool to my puppy. Thanks for a great experience, men!!
