Great support! RCV pipes sent Randy outside to our house in 90 minutes of my phone call. The water heater damage was assessed by randy and made a call on the manufacturer to see if the parts could be covered under warranty since the guarantee expired 3 months ago. He was able to acquire the parts under warranty! The next day, the parts came. Randy came back out to replace the parts at an affordable price! There were no hidden fees and I was charged by him what he originally estimated. RCV pipes didn't even charge me to come out and assess the damage. That is rare nowadays. Firms put a $ sign on just about everything. Fast, friendly and affordable support was received by me and RCV pipes will be recommended by me to other people.
Plumbing companies are a dime a dozen in the San Jose region but maybe not all provide a support that is fantastic - maybe not all provide an inexpensive service - maybe not all are honest. Actually you will rip off! Once you're needing, RCV Plumbing & Sewer helps you and I don't feel like they benefit from your situation.

I'd LOVE for the customers to understand your answer. You do not just seem ridiculous, but foolish that is sound . I sure didn't sign for an OLD water heater NOT warranty, although I may have signed to the support. Future clients don't sign blindly for items, PERIOD.

I reside in a 71 year old home and sometimes the sewer line backs up (due to roots in the lineup, etc.) and it induces our shower to back up and warm water to seep out from under the bathroom. Being a renter, I am not authorized to create huge decisions (like replacing the line) otherwise it might have been changed long ago. Anyhow, over last weekend the problem began. Initially draino tried to find out so we wouldn't have to call somebody, if that could help, and that didn't help. Sunday rolls around and I eventually call Chanel. I asked if they'd have the ability to get someone out sometime early in the week (assuming I would have to wait for a few days) and that which they billed to snake online. She told and she managed to get Randy afternoon. He took care of this lineup and arrived. He'd recommend placing a camera in the line to see how bad by attempting to make us feel as that needed to be done that 38, the roots are but didn't try to make money. He advocated that replacing the lineup could be beneficial. Not an outrageous suggestion if you are talking about a 71 year old home with plumbing. He wrote up what he suggested and exactly what it might cost so that my husband and I could share it. He didn't push on the purchase, understanding that the choice is finally not ours to create. My experience using Sewer & RCV Plumbing was a positive one. I, myself could use them again for plumbing demands and would recommend them to someone.
RCV saved the day. Literally.

They came to my rescue and I had been lucky enough to find RCV Plumbing and slayed my Pipes TO DO Monster. It was affordable and quick easy.
Fast, friendly and affordable. Great service with fantastic quality work.
I had a list of pipes to do's, I kept putting them on the side. I was affraid of monetary investment and the time. I could not put my to do since it turned into a fix now issue or deal with the consequences.
I wish I would have found them sooner!

"Doing my Part to Save Water in this California Drought"
Tuesday, October 27, 2015:
At roughly 1755 hours, Randy and Mike(?) Show until the rescue.
"They always play and splash around near the bowl."
Thanks Randy!
The wife and I manage, although We're at a small loss.
Upon further review, my wife exclaims,"Hey, I think there's a flow from the dishwasher"
I was very impressed with the initial phone contact I had, really professional.
It is now 1300 hours, and we have attempted calling our neighbors, our Home Insurance firm, to find any survivors. No casualties as of 1300.
***Prologue:
Because the Water Heater remains in a tight place (and not in an open area, including a garage), the job requires another individual.
I understand that a high quality service includes a schedule!
In less than an hour's worth of time, they not only replace the Water Heater, however they disposed of their older one, switch out a few of the valves, but supply us with flowing water in less than one hour!
We're advised to meet with Randy today at roughly 1600-1800 hours. After sending a photograph transmission of our current water heater, then we were advised that it would need to be replaced (that we understood from various YouTube videos and forums that that would be the case).
We're stranded without water.
Randy managed to come out Tuesday, replace the Water Heater, switch out a few of the valves with newer ones, haul away the water heater, and also provide a Water Heater at less than one hour to us!
***Captain's log, Day 1 without a water:
"Clumsy kitties", Scott muttered.
We head upstairs, mopping up the flood, to realize that it was not the dishwasher although the Water Heater, and instantly drying up. As I instruct my wife I turn off the water supply to our house, the pilot lighting, and all valves to close the floodgate, however it's too late.
Throughout the photograph transmission I neglect to have clarified that it is in a tight place... perhaps part of this message has been intercepted. Blasted Pirates.
A journey of Hell and Back.

I am very impressed with his job and I highly recommend RCV Plumbing.
(Note: this can be a narrative, if you want to view the abridged version, skip over to section"ABRIDGED REVIEW")
I start the Interwebz mainframe to discover that the initial referral for a firm that is rated after getting a plumbing referral from our Insurance firm. This captain is not a risk taker! He has embarked on a journey to navigate safely, and using the Yelp protocol on our Interwebz, we found a firm called"RCV Plumbing". Although this was the 3rd or 4th firm that we discovered, they were the very first one with good testimonials AND open on the weekends (that was the major criteria we were searching for.)
After contacting RCV, we were scheduled for a Monday appointment. I pretended to keep the appointment, Though we weren't able to get it fixed on this day.
1535 hours, Randy sends an audio transmission, in. I answer, and acknowledge that he is on his way.
Water Heater gushed late Saturday night, and I contacted RCV pipes after.

***Captain's log, Day 3 without a water:
Randy shows up at 1600 hours on the dot. (CRAZY PROMPT! ) ) And assesses the situation.

We're rescheduled for the next day at the same moment.
It has been 72 hours since our disaster, and I am anxious for a warm shower at the comfort of our own home, after calling in our HOA, recovery companies, and insurance claims.
We're immediately in their elegance and the harm is repaired by them to our hull of a home.
The damage happened, and the kitchen has been one big, wet, sopping mess.
It is a brand new moment. We are now without any water to our home. We try to get cold water into our home after closing the valves all into our Water Heater. No luck. The tank has corroded from the inside-out. Without water, we're rendered useless.
After 2 hours of draining the Water Heater, mopping the floor, and placing fans up near the rotting drywall, we head to fall, and bed.
It is the beginning of a work-week. Fortunately I have access to shower and a water dispenser at my job, which the wife and I will be utilizing.
Professional, prompt, Great Price, and also a Plumber you can trust!
by Scott Wong
It is Saturday Night. The wife and I are tired of a night of partying at a friend's house. We sluggishly open the doorway to our 2 story home, when our intuition tells us to"check the kitchen". At this point, the bed seemed like a much better idea, because we stayed out to interact. We visit a puddle near the dog's water bowl, and hear our heart.

Back in January 2016 Randy gave me a quote to install a brand new Pelican saltless softener and came by. His quote was competitive so that I moved with him. It took him. The outcomes was expected. His job is fast, clean, and the machine has been working great.

RCV is my plumber! To anyone else I wouldn't go after this experience!
I am impressed!! My appointment with RCV was supposed to replace a kitchen faucet. Chanel and I had spoken when verifying my appointment about another issue I had been having for over a year using random methane fumes near the master bath. She spent a while discussing possible causes for the issue and said Randy could look at it once he came to install the faucet. Randy was willing to examine the bathrooms near the methane fume issue, after installing the faucet. I had had three additional plumbers visit in an attempt to get the issue, together with their fees to have them say they didn't understand what was causing the smell. I replaced the bathroom thinking it was caused by a faulty seal. But in less than 3 minutes Randy discovered the origin of the issue and taught me how to prevent methane vapors later on! I am really appreciative!

I've had a lot of plumbing upgrades done to my house, and they have been absolutely wonderful. Love these guys, and I'm so pleased to finally have a"visit" plumber for all.

I went to have my shower head and valving replaced just to be advised by Randy the shower bulkhead would have to be eliminated before hand for accessibility. He provided reference and a quote to remove the wall. His guidance was appreciated by me as it saved me the hassle of discovering the problem had I decided to do the job myself. I have when the tile job is finished RCV do the replacement.
My job was quite simple but because I did not have the proper equipment or tools for the job, it was better to get a pro. I had Randy set up a new kitchen sink faucet and it went as planned, no fuss no mess, he did a great job on time. It took some closed off valve hardware which I hadn't planned on but he'd those on-hand and set up. Expert and very reasonable cost work.

Hard to find a plumber, so I'll definitely be keeping Randy's number handy.
I'd Randy run a gas line for a BBQ island grill I'd added. He was able to put the piping without any problems and cost was quite competitive (70 percent less than that which SJ Plumbing quoted). We had the line run about 5 ft in the garage through the back wall and to the backyard (all above floor ).
As we were tapping an present line, there were concerns about whether we would"starve" the present appliances running on gas (oven, heater, etc.), but we didn't encounter any difficulties.

Randy is a super nice guy, trustworthy and professional. We've had nothing but positive experiences with his job. Good family owned business. I highly recommend his services.

You could be on holiday or exceptionally busy or something.
Hopefully this is seen by you and clear your voicemail or answer your cell phone. Been trying you. Perhaps an alternate number can be listed by you .
The amount listed you listed with Yelp states that the voice mailbox is full. There's no other number
Merry Christmas.

A week afterwards, Randy came over and began replacing hoses and the valves. It's done and I relieved that the washer can be used by us .
Randy gets the job done. I'm not. Only comment is that a lot of the time I get the voicemail when I call. Did I get a call back and twice where I get someone on the phone. Since the vmail box is full 1 time , I can't actually leave a message.
Randy explained the rubber hose is stuck into the valve because of mineral deposit and came over. Stone needs to be cut to remove the valves. He said components need to be arranged gave me an estimate and will take to receive. According to him, Home Depot doesn't carry the components.
My machine water rubber began leaking. Since they have nearest and the maximum score from my home, I picked RCV Plumbing out of Yelp. I got the voicemail prompt and called them. I left a message describing the problem and requested to send a plumber. She called back in the afternoon and said she could get a plumber come to my house the following day.
I like the job done. They'll be considered by me on my plumbing service.

The next day my call was returned by RCV fast and scheduled a trip. Randy was on-time and checked out several problems I had been having. He supplied solid recommendations for updating our water softener/filtration system. Wonderful guy. I will be calling them again.

Several plumbing problems have been mended by RCV . Professional and very reasonable cost work.
He arrived at the time scheduled and is educated in what's going wrong.

Randy asked me what went on diagnosed it as a thermocouple. After I agreed to the exact fair quote ($140), he grabbed a few tools and got right to work. It was fast and he did a good job. Could not be happier .
I was having trouble with my pilot light in my water heater. I called RCV and I was in luck, somebody had cancelled a scheduled appointment in my neighborhood, so I obtained service in 30 minutes.

My plumbing backed up, so needed to find the drain snaked. Randy came out and snaked out the drains, was really friendly and professional. Snake it via a pipe in the roof and then he needed to climb on the roof, since I do not have a drain-out. This was the 3rd time I needed to do this (the first two times were done by another plumber), however after this trip, it never occurred again. He suggested installing a drain outside since my house didn't have one, and offered a great price. Overall, a favorable experience. I would recommend him to anyone that wants plumbing done correctly the first time.

I must suggest you use another contractor, since these people lack professionalism, as well as common courtesy (not so common these days). I called their office and left a message, a few hours later I attempted back, I managed to talk with a girl who I told what I needed, she asked a few questions and I told her a little more, we spoke for about ten mins. She said she'd talk to her plumber and have him call me because she believed we ought to discuss the matter I said fine. He says. Not can I help you, not what can I do for you now. . .just yeah...? Unprofessional, and bothersome frankly. As Randy told me his workplace staff/associate/answering service/wife the call digressed from there - that I don't have any idea, however, that person did not communicate any. So now I'm telling my story for next time about them, and I'm asking questions and getting incomplete answers. I inquire how much he charges to set up a new toilet instead of an older one, he says we charge $95 (I think it was) an hour. . .long pause. Not I would estimate the work to take approx that and this time is our labor rate. Whatever. So I ask how soon he believes he will come out, he says call my office to schedule. For many years I worked for a contractor, we assembled 1600 new construction jobs a year and were the largest company of our type in our big nation, and that I always had a general idea about what our lead time was, and when somebody asked me I never responded - call my workplace. I told him his workplace can call me if they want to schedule something with me, he said- okay. Don't waste your time he won't honor your business or your time, and he won't manage himself.

Issues - ugh! Randy has saved us twice now, quickly diagnosing issues that were frightful . It's stressful to have water leaking or onto your hardwood floors yes, but I am so grateful to have a plumber who is reasonably priced, and fast, and responsive.
I have just sent a shout out to look up Randy to their plumbing needs. He is THAT good a source!
