Alright here's my story: my key detached in my fob and the secret was missing by my daughter, I did not have a sparetime, and I did not have a lot of money to spend on a replacement. I called Reliable Lock & Key, gave the description of my problem, asked a few questions, and got a quotation.
Robert came out for me in the night, shortly after I called him made a replacement key for me in under 15 minutes (I cannot make this up)!! I am 110% happy and will recommend Robert and Reliable Lock & Key to anyone in need of services.

Robert called me back straight away. He was at my house fast for rush hour interval. I had a door with no secret and that I had a rekey. He also picked the lock rekeyed all with in an hour. The only issue is when I asked what form of payment and that I never received a quotation on the telephone. I am sure it is but I hardly ever take money and particularly not over $100. He'd take CC that was quite handy.Altogether I think it was pricey for a single door but I'm satisfied with the service.

I decided to give a call to Reliable Lock and Key after phoning a locksmith in Midtown Detroit with a mindset and another in Livonia who said he would get back to me but not followed . Robert gave me information and answered all my queries that I needed to know prior to booking an appointment . After he came a few hours later he made a set of replacement keys got straight to work and was completed in about an hour and a half. I had no troubles at all with his services.
His work is perfect. His attitude is rare and welcome.

Given his work truck was in the shop on the afternoon of my phone, he worked with my resources to solve an ignition problem, in 100 degree weather in my drive and had been dropped off by his wife and kids.
Fantastic service. They were able to come out right after we were able to rekey and look after some difficulties with the existing locks, and closed on our new house. They were friendly and very nice, which made it an even greater experience. They also provided us a key using a code so that they create a new key for us when we ever get locked out and could come over. I would highly recommend these guys!
Went to visit with my boyfriend in Detroit this summer and used his car. Looked a locksmith near him in town and decided to call lock and key. The guy that came to help was Robert. He also did a great job and arrived fast! Pricing was cheaper that I had called before him as well great. Next time u want anything that has to do with keys automobile, house, or business call Robert!
