My spouse was locked from the home as a result of our lock battery and of course the storm door locked which locks from the inside is kept by us. I phoned and they could get a tech out while he wasn't able to pick the lock, which isn't a horrible thing, he managed to receive the storm door to unlock.
The technology managed to cut new keys for the lock but was kind enough to replace the battery for the lock.
I am very pleased that they could get my wife back and we are very reasonably priced. In the phone call to the service, they provided excellent customer service and it's also good to be able to do business with a company.
Installation appointment a week past. The guy tells me he will be around 11 at my house. It is almost 5:00. No locksmith. Waited. Ruined my day off. I had other things to accomplish
Expensive and not a wonderful experience. Numerous things happened that were unsatisfactory. Our electric lock was installed by James, 1 example incorrectly and after James left my husband had to reinstall. So we paid $170 to have a deadbolt with keypad installed wrong and it was. We will not ever be using again.
Although I called with one week's notice to inquire about having our locks changed into our new home and explaining it would be following our home closing on a friday afternoon, they took my company as it could have been turned down, I would have chosen that according to the experience I had. Time for the day it appeared to be no doubt and a huge annoyance by guy said annoyance and hassle . I'm not a expert, so yes,I had questions and I underestimated how many locks I'd. 1 stars because yes all of the locks were changed. Customer service and general experience? Bad and frankly, I wouldn't recommend. More than anything, beforehand I called to get a company to express irritation for and asking questions? Made me feel not happy and stupid . I don't know and I don't advise this company because of this. Shop around for a different locksmith. It's not 24/7.
Had an appointment. Tech showed up 45 minutes after the 30 minute window. Not only were they unable to repair the lock, was told I had to perform study on the lock. No more Parts, No solution. Door in precisely the exact same condition. I was billed a $69 trip fee-late, no solution. Never again.
Emailed at 6:00 pm one day. Called at 10 am and no response. This was not an urgent task but would have liked a response in 24 hours by one way or another
Fantastic customer support, a and dependable company that takes care of their clients. Thank you Jim for taking care of our clientele. I'm not using the facilities management firm but this is actually the firm, if you happen to require a fantastic company to take care of you. If you happen to be a facilities management firm, take care of Reliable Lock & Safe and they will take care of your clients.
Had these guys come out on a Sunday last minute to unlock my storage device. Professional, accommodating, and upfront about prices. Would definitely recommend - created on going day getting locked not so bad!
Arrived at the total amount of time anticipated and did the job because he said he would. The locksmith was charged than I've been billed by another place once I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I will not have to, if I ever needed help getting into my car but I'd call Safe and Trusted Lock again.
I locked my keys in the car the night of the stanley cup and called Jim to come rescue me! He had been polite, effective, reasonably priced and prompt! I would not go through anyone.

I'm not big on posting on those websites but I used the program once I came home to find myself locked out of my home, to find these guys and that I had a fantastic experience. Jim was in my home in less than 10 minutes from the time that I called and I had been in the home. So that I can't actually compare the cost, I've never used a locksmith but I didn't feel it was outrageous.
Simple to reach a person, fast, and friendly. Business with company logo on van and reception, not a random man. Was $90 when I locked the keys in 15, to start my car door.
I needed someone to come and put in a new screen door handle lock. I'm a member of Angie's List, and so I discovered Jim Ness out of Safe and Reliable Lock and searched there. They were rated A based on reviews. I phoned and Jim answered all of my questions and gave me exactly the cost over the phone. That same week I scheduled an appointment. Jim came out and quickly got the job done for a fair price. I've since called for Jim to put in a deadbolt and to rekey the doorknob lock. Again, Jim got the job done for a price that was fair and came out. I noticed that Reliable Lock and Safe failed to have a presence on Yelp so I thought I would be the first to critique. If you reside in the South Suburbs I would strongly recommend.
