Rescue Rangers

Called for services. They arrived on a Sat afternoon in 18min. Car was fast and the man was super nice. Nothing. Great job.

Over an hour after we asked servicewe called back to see whether they had an updated estimated time of arrival, just to have my husband be placed on hold. . .and then hung on. Of course there was no call back!
We were quoted an arrival time of less than 60 minutes by the insurance company, then 15 minutes by Rescue Rangers when we called them immediately after asking service (because the place it was sending them was across the street from our actual location), then 35 minutes by the technician who was supposed to meet us.
Much like the majority we have been paired together with Rescue Rangers by our roadside assistance/insurance firm.
The technician finally called and told us it would be another 15 minutes, and arrived around 2 hours after the initial request was delivered.
We will work directly with our insurance company to ask this service supplier be removed in the future.

Was led to have doors unlocked. Because the insurance company gave wrong contact information this was the next firm. So we had waited an hour. We're eager to be getting into the vehicle. We were advised Rescue Rangers are there in one hour. The contact at Rescue Rangers stated the technician would be. After another 30 minutes, still nothing. Insurance firm finds out that the tech change was over and they weren't going to make it. We had to await a company to come. Waited 4.5 hours to get car unlocked.

After locking my keys in my car I was told they would be there within one hour. After calling multiple times and being told"10 more minutes" I finally gave up in the 3 hour mark. Called a different locksmith and he was there in 20 minutes and had my car in 30 seconds. Would not predict rescue rangers again if you paid me.

Great in NO SHOWWe had roadside help with our newest vehicle had a flat tire north of Woods Cross, Utah. They contacted Rescue Rangers -- They informed us they would be there in 7 minutes and called. We waited over 3 hours no display. I gave her directions and she didn't show. They would not respond roadside aid when they tried to follow up and blocked our calls. We had another support and the highway patrol respond. They got there. The highway patrol had our tire as the other service arrived, changed. More than 3 hours awaiting Resue Rangers.

I was assigned this business by my roadside assistance. They originally told me they would come within an hour. An hour passed and nobody came. I phoned them and they told me it would be just another 15 minutes. More time passed, same conversation, with the guarantee of an extra 15 minutes. I needed to return to work, and advised them it was pressing, and they ignored me. I went and found a man in a restaurant to assist me. They never showed up! I would if I could give them less than one star. TERRIBLE! My experience appears to match others.

Eventually, there was a business that was different called and they had been on web site in 20 minutes. Their tech got us back on the street, and was friendly and helpful.
These people left us stranded at 95 degree weather for an hour and a half. When we called to ask what the issue was, they refused to answer the phone and wrapped up. Tried off and on for half an hour to reach their driver or somebody and received the same treatment.
I cannot recommend"Rescue Rangers" as a roadside assistance company AT ALL! Maybe they ought to return to fighting crime.
This afternoon Automobile died on the way from town. We immediately called roadside assistance and were delegated to a person from Rescue Rangers. Wait time was likely to be 60 minutes.

Well.. When these guys contracted , my daughter locked my keys! I was quoted 45 minutes!! Ugh! But I waited out in the cold for all these men for 55 minutes prior to calling my insurance provider back to see what went on and I was quoted another 15-20 minutes!!!! I told them to not come as I did not trust they would really be there at that amount of time and R u kidding me! Filed a complaint with my insurance provider and hopefully these guys won't be contemplated when I'm in need again! And if so I will just call my own and submit for reimbursement!

Telephone Problems, Quick Service! We had problems with getting in relationship on our telephone. But, I did receive a callback later trying to phone back and calling them.
After the man showed up, he had been friendly and very quick in helping me unlock my car so I could get my keys out of the back. Would happen to be a rating after viewing the missed calls and no shows. However, they were and quick that the service was it can be forgiven by me and say they were pretty terrific!

I wish I could give these guys a big fat zero!!!!! We waited THREE hours for roadside assistance just to get it cancelled without a call or anything! Worst experience !!! Terrible terrible

Clown company less. Avoid. Not to say than that. Unorganized, unsuccessful, unprofessional and rude. They go under soon enough.

After being quoted a 90 second time period I waited almost a half an hour. I had been called by their own dispatcher and advised that they would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes in a Chevy Malibu. Then they informed me that they are accepting tips? Yeah, I'm going to tip you after waiting this long for support, NOT. Within 3 minutes of that call, an older Buick pulled around my house with the words"Emergency Road Side" on the hood of the vehicle and drove away, without bothering to call me. I called back the dispatcher and told them a motorist had came and left my property. The dispatcher said that the car that pulled up in front of my house wasn't theirs, they've GPS tracking in the vehicle helping me, and said"we know just how to do our job" UH-HUH. Why was it a few minutes? How improper and condescending! I pay extra cash for assistance and all these are the kind of contractors I purchase? Fantastic lord, what if my scenario had been dire? I have registered a complaint with my insurance company. Awful support.

1 star seems generous. They're contracted via our insurance for street assistance. I had a tire blow out and has been stranded with 3 small kids, with it being 30 degrees outside. I called because I had been told that was just how much time it would be in a text, after waiting for over an hour. The man proceeded to tell me before anybody could emerge, that it would be another hour and was so rude. I eventually was able to get ahold of a household member to come out me. I received a text stating they could not find my car. I call them back, to be told that my order has been cancelled. I said that they have to dropped out of this contract, and filed a formal complaint with our insurance company, and ended up calling the other tow company to come outside. It sounds this is common practice with this company after reading other reviews.

Was assigned this business by my roadside help. Was quoted 60 minutes but they arrived faster. Super friendly. Great experience.

My car needed gas so I contacted roadside assistance and was connected to rescue rangers. I have as told it would be 75 minutes. I called to confirm and was greeted by an individual who snark and had been nothing but rude. Place this business out of business.

If you are reading this, odds are you are bored beside a car wondering where Rescue Rangers are. Save yourself the trouble of waiting and find another support ASAP. Because chances are they aren't coming for a while, if at all.
Regrettably, these two animation chipmunks showing up's odds is far more likely than these guys.
Here Is What happened to me:
Thanks to the kindness of strangers, I managed to receive my car jumped after. Like I canceled my aid request a little while later, there was no sign or communication that Rescue Rangers had tried to help.
I called Rescue Rangers directly to find an upgrade. I remained there on the other end, and was put on hold After I finally got ahold of somebody. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called back a few minutes later. Someone fumbled the phone picked up, and after a few seconds without saying anything, place me on hold again. I remained on hold until I was once again hung up on.
When my car needed a hop, my roadside help contacted Rescue Rangers. I was told that help would arrive in 45 minutes. I hadn't got any word in Rescue Rangers, nor did my situation upgrade in my road assistance program. It was below freezing, and I had a child with me that started to get chilly, although Ordinarily I'd just wait more.

Gilberto was at unlocking my car, incredibly fast, professional and quite nice. He came into my house. So I don't know how much was billed, the cost was covered by my insurance.

First of all I've used R&R more then once, after reading these negative reviews I needed to comment and super trustworthy and quick couple and a working fantastic team has responded to my lockouts,jump start and tire support each moment. They weren't only fast at servicing my needs they had been on time if not ancient and reliable, very friendly and I was amazed at how well this couple worked collectively they unlocked my automobile within 3 min shirts and had my tire changed and me back to the street that I shit you not till then 2 min. You guys must know they service all utah they've many many calls come from all at precisely the exact same time some way harder then others they have to visit and react to each call as it comes from no matter where on the map it is indeed the times you've waited hours is probably because they had 10 or more calls ahead of you and has to follow procedure and react to each individual call as they come in but any time they were not able to create there 60 min ETA they constantly called me and explained the situation and arrived as soon as they could and personally it's very impressive to see the lady of the few alter my F-150 platinum flat tire all my herself so that I give 5 stars without any question and urge them to all. SO THANK YOU R&R for getting me back safely and always responding to my needs

My insurance has sent Rescue Rangers to my Representative twice now (on different occasions) and the two times I have had the joy of working with Gio. He's showed up than estimated and he's very fast, efficient and friendly. He checks his work to be certain there is no harm when he's done and he's fast with getting you back . I can not talk for the remainder of the Rescue Ranger techs however Gio has got a loyal customer in me!

Came to my office and immediately changed my tire. Excellent friendly service! Turned my day back around.
