Rescue Rangers Towing & Roadside Assistance

I Simply Employed Rescue Rangers LLC. It was a fantastic experience. The attendant showed fixed my issue and I was on my way! Could not have asked for better service.

This will be a crazy review: they are literal human refuse, I can not think of a better way to explain this. I called my insurance company to find assistance and has been given a 40 second ETA. Kinda of extended but whatever my fault for locking my keys in my vehicle. 40 mins pass the company is called by me. "The man is having car issues, he'll be there when he gets there." That's customer service! Call my insurance business they the rescue idiots, they request 20 mins. Phone back 30 mins later they can not get a hold of the driver I call the insurance company and now I have to await a different company because these morons could not simply not take the mission knowing it couldn't be handled by them, then phantom me! So I shall wait another 40 mins that will place me over 2 hours. Junk business.

My assistance company outsourced our support call to this company. They didn't have a truck avaiable to send out, after taking but did they call back. We got the confirmation text saying somebody would arrive within an hour. Waited more than the hour to call, and figure out that no one showed up. Next time we want.

Customer service. Could not believe the guy spoke about the telephone to me.

Terrible customer support. Was quoted by my insurance company that it would be up to 75 mins until this company will be at my automobile to help unlock it (locked keys inside). This can be after working a 12 hour night shift on a unit at a hospital. Exhausted after 40 mins that felt like hoursI called the Rescue Rangers number I was given just to see if I could find a better ETA because I would otherwise prefer to go sit instead of standing at my car. Was rude and passive aggressive with me. There were calls ahead of yours you know. There's an call it's you. I called hospital safety at that point and they had the ability to rapidly help unlock a door and get me in my way before Rescue Rangers even had a individual in route. I called my insurance company to get the assistance is canceled by them since I felt that calling the company right could have incited an argument about still charging something or a commission. Hope to never need this company, will pay out of pocket to get another one!

Since a nail punctured my tire as well as the lug nuts were so tight I couldn't get off the tire to put the spare on, I phoned Rescue Rangers. They shot about an hour more than they estimated to emerge. However, did a great job once they got here. Very professional and friendly in person and on the phone. To top it off, they were about half of the price of the place I called since I needed to wait a bit longer than 36, and the guy gave me an extra discount.

4.5 mile tow took two hours to drop at mechanics shop. After driver had loaded my automobile that I was told that he was going to pick up another vehicle and drop it off. Our mechanic has been ready and waiting for the car or truck. Now money is loosing.

I had been driving through Indianapolis and got a flat tire after hitting a pothole at a construction zone (the second one of my excursion, so my spare tire was already being used on the opposite side). Justin was quite professional and loaded my car onto the back of his truck. He knew precisely what he was doing and that I was not worried that he would hurt my car (which I cannot say the exact same for other businesses ). He towed my car and even offered to give me a trip into the hotel I had booked for the night. He was very considerate and I highly recommend his services.
