Calling Discover right off to fight with the billing AND going to proceed with a BBB complaint. This company has to be closed down YESTERDAY.
Government Action
.it leads to several different sites and places...
Update: I visit the BBB site:

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! Ripped me off. Attempted to"select" the lock (the"locksmith" didn't know I moved into a lock select course ) by giggling the manage. Suddenly? He couldn't get it done. States it needs to be drilled. Was quoted on the telephone $35/hr $19/trip, max charge $160. I guess I'm in the hole for $55, so drill the damned thing (I have a drill, btw)
What do I find out? All 10 mins cost me $160. .why? Outs are somewhat more expensive.

Same as everybody else. Rip off!! I forms RI Locksmith and nothing else came up, when I tried to find reviews on them. Wish I attempted Rhode Island and saw these testimonials. Came out to correct a car key and charged a different price. Didn't provide the key to me that I asked for. After some study, I find the locksmith scam is a massive issue in every nation out. You basically call into a call center. There's not any manager. When they call back you are always talking to the exact same person. Fight with any payment with your credit card business, keep to right testimonials that are awful and file something with BBB and the AG.

WARNING: The locksmith took as long as the wait time to get here, provided that that my landlord found a spare key and got me in my apartment until they did. He had been really disappointed and said I needed to pay the service fee, although not for the service when I called to cancel. When he got here, he charged me for the service as well and said"Do not you wish to pay cash? It is only $49." When I said the service fee must only be 19, he said was"it is a blackout."
Firms do not recommend payment methods, and it seemed too much like he had been trying to make it challenging for me to receive a refund for a charge I should not have needed to pay. Customer support says they will return to me within 3-5 times, but considering these reviews, who knows when I get a solution.

I wish before calling these men I went, but I was desperate. DO NOT visit Rhode Island Locksmith.

Avoid at all price. I'm surprised these guys are not facing a lawsuit, judging by all the folks they have been pissing off.
3) I advised them that I didn't need to drill it, so they packed up and charged me $70!!! For not doing a thing. I might comprehend the traveling fee, but the guy tacked on $35. He worked on the lock 5 minutes!!! And DIDN'T FIX IT!
2) After attempting to open my door to five minutes, the guy said that he couldn't unlock my door till they drilled the lock.

Do not use this company! They lie, cheat and steal! They came to program two keys to my house. They offered me $75 for the job. I was confirmed this two. This key would actually be 250 to program, As soon as they got they said oh well. That's for one key! They said the entire job for both keys would be 75. Now if I was smart I would have sent them away. But I did not. He worked in my car. So that he was unable to program I had the key. He charged me $35. I paid him. In the morning I went to begin my car. He'd abandoned the overhead light on. So I got my car began. Then I noticed was blinking. So then I decided to attempt my remote starter. The starter would no longer function. I told them my car was worse when he began working on it. They explained I must have checked the automobile after it was worked on by him and the battery was my fault. I was told that someone in billing could phone me back. Do not hear back. So I called. They stated billing was closed. to call back. I asked for a manager. The manager was gone for the day. This went on for days and into months. Either the manager"Rita" was gone for the day or in a"meeting". Never had a call. Every time I called I was put on hold rather than picked up. Therefore I called a great deal. At one stage I was told they'd block my number. I got the Attorney General involved. 247 sent me the $35 back but only because I had to call for the Attorney General. My car cost over $35 to get it back to where it was until they broke it and came out.
Also, they don't have an address. They are not neighborhood as they claim to be. Google -LRB-888-RRB- 418-5009. It will produce firms all over. Is Speedy Locksmith. They're Also listed under Boston Locksmith and Security. They claimed to be the List approved of Angie and BBB A +. I called both companies and let them understand that 247 Rhode Island Locksmith was advertising. The advertisements have been taken by 247 down. Please remain clear. They'll lie and cheat you out of your money.

Wish I could give them less than one star. They likely have alot of issues considering the reviews. The man I had been on the phone with only hung up on me mid sentence. No chance to clarify anything or the situation. After reading a few of the reviews and seeing 1 star ratings pretty much everywhere I am grateful that he hung up and saved me the trouble of handling them.

RIP OFF ARTISTS. Took my daughter. Lost her car key, they quoted $135 to come outside to work and also make her a new key: and ended up being $500 for a single frigging crucial and an alleged"recode" which took 1 second. Although he was charming but totally took advantage of a young girl. STAY AWAY!!!!, BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS

This Location LIES. We phoned them for a lockout that was simple, and they said that it was $35 for the service call and then $30 to $60 for your lock, depending upon the lock. I asked the guy to confirm this. Then they dispatched our telephone, and if the dispatched locksmith called, he said $75 for your house telephone, $30 and up for the lock. We arguedhe said alright, $35 for the support call. Stated the whole price, also showed up 35 mins later would be $175. We of course argued, and he would not budge. This location swindles you, do not use them.

Believe all of the bad reviews on here. Customer service is awful. The person I talked to today to address an issue hung on me. He kept sending me when I tried calling back. After several tries, he finally picked up and proceeded to inform me I was"belligerent." When I asked him to give me an illustration, he hung up on me . I wound up calling another locksmith. Avoid at all costs!

NEVER contact them. I broke off my key in my ignition while the car was still running. I called AAA and they stated it would be about 90 minutes. So I phoned around and this area stated 20 to 40 minutes and that I booked a service. I had been told a tech would call to affirm. An HOUR later they had not predicted. I predicted back five times to no avail. First time, the individual had the tone that they could not believe I hadn't been phoned by the technician and said they'd call me back in ten minutes. Fifteen minutes go by with no call. I phoned back and he told me that I want to be patient it would be a few more minutes. (Now it's been at least an hour since my initial call. Around two hours after my first call I predicted back - three times. No response and the mailbox is complete. I predicted AAA back and they were here within half an hour. The car spare important works and is off. It is now almost 3 hours later and I just got a phone from their technician,"It is probably too late but he only wanted me to phone and be sure that you're okay." Lesson learned constantly stick with AAA. This area is a joke.
