Gabriel in Ritz Plumbing came to replace my water heater. No one was available on short notice. He came on time and did a fantastic job . He worked fast but very carefully, making sure to check his job for any escapes, etc.. He explained how the unit functions and left everything neat and clean. Good price too. I calling Ritz.

Jonathan and Jaime did a great job! They managed to clear up and were right. Highly suggested.

I did not get service from them since I ended up not needing it, but they were not the only 1 of ~10 commercial appliance repair or pipes firms that were ready to send out someone for a gasoline escape, although all businesses claimed to be accessible for emergencies. They were easy to get a grasp of and had a flexible schedule, they really helped in a really stressful situation.

Run away from those guy. We got ripped off. Since they dug up more and more 12,000 bill from a 3K quote that keep find new problems. Most of them have no idea what to do, except for one guy. And they guy leaves every 1 hour to"get parts" but I'm convinced he's hoping between 3-4 endeavors and leaves his clueless minions to break more stuff just to come back and tell you the"bad news"

We had a bathroom sink and I needed to get it fixed before my wife came home from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The quote Ritz gave took into consideration the pipes, enclosing tile, and replacement faucet. Josh got my sink and faucet in Culver City from Ferguson and did the leg work. He called when he said he retrieved the sink, would and was at the house when he stated he'd be there. Josh, Robert, and Kalib made certain that the prepping, extraction of the aged cracked sink tile cutting, installation of the new faucet and sink, replacement of piping underneath the sink, grouting, and clean up were done within a window. Their price was true for their quote, even though a few extras needed to be done on the way. I was relieved to be grateful for replacing our busted sink to Ritz and able to get back to my spouse at Cedars. The Ritz site was studied by me and will call them for tasks!!!

Jesus, Richard and gilbert did for us installing a kitchen sink faucet a quick efficient job. Gilbert pointed our water pipe wanted a regulator out how.

I was quoted by them did a job supposedly. Lol. The job is 4500 maximum after finding out the real price I refused to pay. They are professional burglar's. So that I needed to say yes for the time being I was in a pinch. They stab you and will smile at you. . They lied and lied. Not to be trusted. Call Universal. The best. .
Do not call unless you want to get ripped off. They take terrible advantage of you.

Ritz Plumbing arrived and saved the damn moment. The roommate took off for a Hawaiian holiday and I got home after a ten hour day to discover a puddle the size of Lake Michigan from the hallway. Before stumbling upon Ritz about scheduling a plumber after 9, I panicked. Supplying baby Jesus for them Mynor. He made sure that I knew who to contact so it did not effect me and also expressed concern about a leak in the garage of my apartment complex.
And to get a 24 hour support, it was more than reasonably priced. I'm certainly going to keep Ritz in your mind for future emergencies.
Interesting fact: Mynor mended since I moved in, the drain assembly that hasn't worked. God. Send.

Our water heater began using a code 11. I called a couple plumbers, but they did not wish to even come and asked me to call the manufacturer, after describing the issue. Ritz was called by me, plus they were quite polite and was able to get an appointment same day, on a Sunday. Raymond and Arturo demonstrated up (earlier than expected). Raymond recognized the problem and described the options. The ignitor cleaned, and we were lucky that the problem was a minor one and got the heater to work. He also did disclose that if it goes bad we may want to alter different parts, and asked us to keep an eye on it. My only issue is that we insisted on Ritz to give us a call before they show up at the door, but forgot to do this. Thank you Kudus to Arturo and Raymond!!, and Ritz

Gilbert and richard saved! We had yet another plumber come to repair our toilet that n't refilled with water and has been given the run around. Waited a few days for the guy to reunite together with the part and he never came. So we predicted ritz. Within hours, they came and fixed the problem within minutes. Professional, hard working men and easy going. Do not be afraid to call these men if you need something done quickly and without a hassle.

Steer clear of these guys. Straightforward faucet setup was turned to replace plumbing and open walls up. Got another plumber to perform set up for $60. Ritz needed over $1000 to perform their own recommendations. Complete crooks.

FORTUNATELY, a guest after the day turned out to function for the Gas Company. He asked why I had not called them $40 or free. In 20 seconds he pressed the gas distribution reset valve on the heater itself and discovered - not described in the manual and not the cluster - and all was well. So Ritz may know plumbing, but doesn't know water heaters, except to sell them.
Formerly gave 5-star inspection, but latest experience has them off my"good guys" list.
Earthquake safety valve for the home gas line trippedwater heater shut down. The water heater worked although I reset the security valve and all appliances. First reply from Ritz made it going again - for a couple of minutes. Nada after they left. Next day couldn't get it started at all. Suggested heater might be in order.

Nothing but positive things to say about these men. They were hired by my builder to put in a Halo water purifier at our house. Noel and Teran were men that are actual - they bought a few things and even threw in a freebie. Friendly, helpful and people who did work. I'd hire them again.

So I called to get a free estimate and then a plumber arrived Luis, punctually. He seemed friendly. I had a water line although he was asked by me about a water vs gas line because home depot guys said but I swore it was gas. So I wanted an estimate of it was possibly a gas line install.
Beware.
He tries to sell this ion water heater and water system that is pressurized. Salesman in its finest. I really don't trust people like him who attempt to make you purchase things . That is why I'd rather diy items like him always want to deceive you. He represents the company because they permit this to take place, so the company must be cheaters too.
Luis shows up and if he said it was probably a gas line since it really shouldn't cost I was happy. He quotes me installing a shut off valve will probably cost $150, I told him I'll see for one more man is coming. He states $120. He states the estimate is going to cost $120 anyways so why don't you just let me do this job as it is simple rather than squander $120. And I am like,"Is not this estimate suppose to be free?" He says you requested for a gas lineup which would have been a free estimate. And I said I told the operator I wished to determine if my pipe was water or gas and free estimates btw is clearly stated by the site. He says that $250 wills charge me. But I had my doubts but I did not listen to them. He says I am being billed for his expertise and hanging out there blah blah blah. It's for crying out loud, a shut off valve. Anyone with youtube can install it. Then eventually he receives bam and his tools, under 5 minutes it was set up by him. This bit is at most prices $20. He pocketed $80! I sensed dooped. Btw said it would have cost him $67.
I understand mathematics. But being a new homeowner is tough and I really don't like hoodlums that tr to scam you for a job that is simple. It wasn't worth the cost. I had and we could transferred it.

A major fan of those guys. Jonathan and James have come to my house for 2 different issues and were good to work with. They were extremely polite and I highly recommend them.
