I've two safes, one is the old Fort Knox which has been outstanding for 25 years, another I purchased from Roadrunner ? Years ago is a Heritage Legacy that gets little use, today I cannot get it when I called Roadrunner the woman informs me that I have to phone Heritage to for service, apparently they dont service what they sell and once you buy from them you are on your own. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a Safe, to buy a FORT KNOX, they are far better quality and they stand behind the merchandise, after I first purchased the Fort Knox 25 years ago I experienced a little paint issue, I called them and asked to get just a little touch up paintthey replaced the entire safe rather...
Have been really dependable. Today I needed service Thus they rekeyed all locks for three hundred bucks a week. When I called today after 3 times, because they were too busy, I was advised to call another locksmith. I have pans and pots in the front of my house doors to secure my property. I am a previous client, and when I needed support that is new. Because the supervisor is in an all day meeting, Nobody can call me back. They are too busy to come out today and tomorrowbut are supposed to have 24 hour services. I am quite disappointed at this moment. I will inform you when I change my mind. Louise

I went into this store. Wow! I was treated as a VIP, as if I had been spending a lot of money. A key. Just a key! There were just two people working to make my easy gate crucial perfect. Obviously, they allow me to understand that if it didn't work bring it back. Additionally, you know it did!
We'd Medico deadbolts that, following exposure, became impossible or very hard to turn. Took them into Roadrunner and the tech tried lubing them. Then he took them apart and removed parts that ended up destroying the very best level security features of the locks (according to the locksmith who finally repaired the locks). He made them to turn, but it was a very temporary situation. I called Roadrunner, ended up using another person and was told they might replace the cylinder . I took the guards into the store and asked for the tech I'd talked to. He wasn't available. A fellow asked what I needed and that I explained the thing. He said the cylinders couldn't be replaced. He said it could not be done came back to me and walked over to another man who was behind the counter when I stated that another worker had told me differently. When I questioned that, he said:"that is the proprietor, it can't be done - you need to BUY NEW LOCKS." Since that could cost over $300 per lock, I returned home and phoned a locksmith in Phoenix who advised me to send them the locks for canister replacement - which is a frequent repair. The Phoenix folks did a great job and our Medico locks are like new.
I had 8 locks keyed to the identical key and bought multiple locks. It cost me nearly 200$ and took 3 visits and around 6 hours. Work was performed extremely poorly. The locks are so stiff they turn. Two of the locks don't work whatsoever. I go out of the way to store neighborhood. But I will use Roadrunner once I absolutely have to.
Customer service here is great. My work uses them for any services. They do the work there for us and then, it never happens long and their prices are great. Not to mention, if you like keys designs they have tons. Thanks for all your help Eli.
I moved to Roadrunners to have my own car keys cut. The man behind the service counter cut on my keys, was very friendly and did not charge me anything! In this day and age of conducting , I was amazed and will recommend this company to anybody who may use keys cut, or a protected, locks. They also have an outstanding variety of keys on hand. Wow, thank you Roadrunners. You rock
We had been driving through on our way to California and locked the keys to our trailer indoors. Called ahead and drove to Roadrunner and they were able provide replacement and to eliminate lock. Friendly staff and quick service. Thanks again!
I came here to get postal keys & my own home. It is a store that carries large sophisticated-looking safe. The staff are fine, professional, & very considerate! I was attended by a very wonderful guy named Scott who inquired if before cutting on my keys, I need to know the price! After he told me to hang my receipt so I can bring my keys back if it does not match! I know I will never get this kind of customer service at AAA.
I was super impressed with the service here! I went to have some home keys I purchased online matched and they did an amazing task and were wayyy nicer then the people at Home Depot. I recommend coming here and I'll be back next time I need keys or locks!
Not customer friendly! I purchased a Liberty gun safe. They wouldn't honor manufacturers free curbside delivery. $190 for six miles charged. And, I needed to wait for and to top it off I had to cover in full up front. Shame on them.
Keys were left by professional employees and they worked the first time! Unline Home depot at which the keys seldom get the job done! A bit expensive but you get what you pay for when it comes to locksmiths Keys comprised auto and gasoline cap keys.
They have a good deal of safes here. Small and large. I even saw a deposit box that was big with dozens of drawers.
