Alex in Rocket Rooter has proved himself time and again, to be responsive, thorough, generous and proficient. Our ten year-old water heater expired and Alex spent some time listening to our different ideas for replacement (tankless vs tank), guided us on the practicalities of our choices (quoted prices/outcomes), then immediately acted once we'd made our choice. We decided on a tank of the same dimensions, and Alex arrived to take a look at the setup while we were outside of town, came another day including all the materials to install.

Rocket Rooter is responsive. Alex solved a problem that the very first plumber said would require lots of an extra part and time, and he did it in a trip. I have had them two at two unique houses and they've been excellent both times. They are strongly recommended by me.

Alex replaced a water heater in our home over the weekend. He did an incredible job to remove and replace the heater all within 4 hours of the first call, although the tank was situated in a very awkward place beyond our house.
Will keep him in mind for future jobs when needed.

Alex is very great, quick to react on time, always to text. We had some very old rusted water took Alex to complete the job. Previously we needed to call another company our landlord indicated. This company send out same problem but with 4 valves to substitute in another unit, two men, required them from 9am to 4pm. That can be 1 vs. 2 guys.
Alex came early to test on water pressure and a unit drainage issue. He did free of charge. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism, very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Alexis! After months of attempting to fix our shower manage, we kept having issues with our shower manage setup. It leaked and wasn't getting hot when it was supposed to, as it was supposed to cold. We asked around for quotes and during one inspection we were informed by yet another guy our shower parts were difficult and old to find and could be expensive. Alexis reacted by email within a few minutes and scheduled a free review.
