Ricardo and Rodrigo were amazing and I would strongly recommend this provider! They even offered to clean up our toilet difficulties that were inner but was able to until they came over to access it. . .once everything emptied. ICK.
I phoned them at 9am and Ricardo and Rodrigo came over to access the problem in the day. I received several calls from their office to keep me updated on the time and if a delay was, that I appreciated! Fantastic customer support!
Rodrigo and Ricardo were AMAZING to operate with. Ricardo really knew the first design of the home since the flippers decided to expand the toilet so that he knew where to place the snake (wait, is that what their machine is called?) . We can flush with no issues AND the price was RIGHT.
We had a line issue that resulted in a straight up on a Saturday night into all our toilets, tubs and shower. We decided to let it sit overnight to see whether it is going to pass by itself and it worked the morning after! We were able to flush however. . .when we showered and conducted the washing machine..the bathrooms began to make noises and backup has been coming through again.
They went over the procedure although we may want to substitute a pipe in the long run and was able to acquire a quote. We also were given tips on how best to prevent this dilemma later on, that we appreciate. They worked on turf before so our mine eased since we got it done.

As we were stuck together with water pouring from our pipe, they had no feeling of urgency. We explained to them multiple times this was not just a baby escape, it was a slab escape. We ended up having to close off the whole water source to our home so we would not continue to waste water and cause a mold issue.
We ended up cancelling our service and we were able to fix the repair independently. We didn't even need to split the concrete. We got caps to close the broken faucet off and spent $ 15 at home depot. The original technician could have at-least until the other tech managed to emerge, done that for us.
We had a slab leak in our driveway which has been leaking a massive quantity of water. The only reason we discovered is because our water bill tripled and it triggered us to shop around our house for a leak that is possible. We found the subject of concrete which filled up with water, and it was near a faucet.
Fast forward to the day when they were assumed to come make the repair. 5PM and still no one has arrived.
To be honest I am not sure how they have such a high score on yelp.
He finally showed up at 7pm, incredibly unprofessional, and the very first thing he said was"I am technically already the clock off , and there's not much I will have the ability to perform tonight, but allow me to have a look and determine what needs to be done". I showed him the place where it was leaking, and he said"oh, since that is below the concrete we must send a unique contractor out here, which might take afew days for him out ". We had already explained this to the operator multiple it was below the concrete, therefore that I don't know why they would not have sent out the person that was suitable to start with.
Because now we had already gone 2 days waiting for somebody to make the repair we were extremely frustrated. Meanwhile having our water bill increase significantly while we waited for the repairs to be made. I was shocked that they didn't take this and get us some help.
We predicted Rooter Hero on an early Tuesday Afternoon to see if we could have somebody come out asap to repair the leak. We even told them the leak happened under the concrete to be certain they understood to send the proper technician to assist us, and provided all of the facts to them. They told me why someone would be than 5pm and scheduled us an appt. Fast forward to 5pm, no one no one called us about an update, and showed up to our property.

Afternoon sinks Sunday. Unclogged a few hours later by Christian. Super considerate, fast and competent at a fair cost. Thank you Rooter Hero!

I have no clue how these men have such a yelp rating. I would never in a million years urge them because they bailed on us FOUR DAYS IN A ROW and that I can't even review their service. Called on Tuesday to schedule a ceremony. They said they would come Wednesday between 6:30-8:30. Towards the end of the window they called to cancel, but with the guarantee that we would be first in line the next day. Thursday goes and comes with them cancelling, providing us the same song and dance about Friday. Well guess what, about 7:45 we called them to figure out what was going on and we're told they were going to finish the task they were about and that we were the customer. Then silence. Around 9pm they called to say they had'car trouble.' sure. Whatever. We're scheduled again to be the VERY FIRST appointment on Saturday morning. At 11 without a peep from this business we called and provided excellent service. Thank you for nothing Rooter Hero.

These people were amazing. They dropped the ball with my accounts the last months, although I had a business account with bill howe for decades. These men got here in about an hour, and snaked a hard for to empty. Their tech Efrain was favorable, and got the work done in time for us to start! Thanks guys, would 100% recommend.

Called these men for a clogged drain. Well surprise surprise he said he'd find that he could not catch the snake throughout the pipe was free therefore he could view what went on. Last time (2yrs)I had a plumber for the exact same drain he explained it was really difficult due to how the pipes turns, but he removed it!
So Rooter Hero stated he would have to bring a camera back the following day and see what went on. The guy never showed so I called the company and they told me that he said the pipes were too little and that they would have to cut the pipe to check inside . He also stated that we said we could not cover any repairs. WOW! We said we didn't have a lot of money and we hoped it wasn't likely to be costly. So, when he was here, what he said to us was not in his account, and what he set in his account was different. Don't even call this company. Doesn't appear honest.

Ricardo and Efrain did a great job! They cleaned the area up and were quite informative. Thanks Rooter Heros!!!

They have a ton of 1 star reviews Even though it looks like they have a fantastic yelp score. Hesitant to call them because I asked if somebody could come over to fix a clog and still gave them the benefit of the doubt. I gave all of my advice and they said their technician would call me to schedule a time to come out. Fast forward a full 24 hours and I have not got a telephone call, no one ever showed up, and now I have not had a follow up from them. Radio silence. If they poor on trying to get my company I can only envision the service once they have my business.

The project turned out to be trickier for Frankie than we thought. Since our master bedroom is upstairs, access to the bathtub's piping was a little more difficult. In order to flush out the offender we did not have an outside spigot to connect a hose to. He improvised and used the machine as his water source. The hose connects to a balloon which expands within the pipe that is and forces out the blockage. Upon doing so, we found the toilet bathtub adjacent to the shower was backed up. This project went to take somewhat longer, but Frankie was convinced we were going to do this.
"We're good!" Frankie said, showing me disgusting clumps of hair and dirt which had hardened and grown to the size of tennis balls. Frankie did it in time. He gave us a reasonable cost for your job, congratulated us on the way outside, and especially given the conditions.
With the upstairs shower and tub unclogged, we had one less thing to worry about, so that we can focus on something (or a person ) more significant. Our healthy infant girl Cori was created at 8:40 pm, 7 pounds and 8 ounces on January 3, 2019. We were close to seeing her Frankie however Cori was the name we agreed upon, named after Corazon Aquino. However, Frankie from Rooter Hero will forever be a part of the story of Cori we'll never forget.
My wife called from downstairs. My first idea was that she just wanted to know how things were going up there.
I forgot to say, although all this was going down, we had a hyperactive one-and-a-half-year-old woman running around upstairs. Clementine shy around strangers but she understood Frankie was great folks, and could poke her head from time-to-time into the toilet to see exactly what we do. She was having so much fun running up and down the hallway, and she stopped at one stage and spit her milk all .
He was calm and collected on a day that turned out to be a fairly hectic one. My wife and I were expecting a baby girl-- exactly what we did not expect was for infant woman to make her debut on the day we scheduled an appointment to fix our plumbing!
The shower in our master bedroom was slow to drain for a couple of days, but with a baby on the way, ready to pop out the shower drain has been the least of our worries. 1 night, the shower decided to quit draining thoroughly. The notion of clogged pipes made us feel uneasy in the event we had to be in the hospital away from the home for a few nights. We predicted Rooter Hero and they were able to send out a man in a few days.
"You've got to be kidding me," laughed Frankie because I broke the news to him. He switched up the game program. With two drains he decided to snake out the congestion manually which would take 10-15 more minutes. We had some time anyway. We waited for the folks of my wife to return and pick up our daughter.

This company wasted a lot of my time. They have bad scheduling and customer services.
They showed up for three appointments: Friday 1-3pm, Friday 3-5pm, Saturday 8-10am. They would call randomly to provide me worthless updates (it'd have been fine if they showed up when they said they would). 1 call was at 1:30 pm at Friday to state they wouldn't have the ability to make that time slot. Another call was that they're currently waiting to check in when one was on their way to our 27, and they would call us.

Our bath tub drain wasn't working so well . I came that I received in the mail. I was able to schedule with Rooter Hero after having a few calls to additional pipes businesses. The plumber who arrived punctually to repair the drain did a thorough job. I was impressed with his considerate and professional service.

Definitely impressed by Rooter Hero. Managed to receive a service appointment straight away and they snaked a drain that another firm wasn't able to unclog. And they were less costly than what the other firm offered for"extensive work". Thank you!

Great response to my concern! They came when they said they would and done the job in a timely way. We were somewhat gun.

Quick update, Iget always great service and 've used Rooter Hero three times. For sure will continue to use them!

I called Rooter Hero for maintenance- to have my own sewer line snaked into the main. Christian and ricardo came over in time and were considerate. Unfortunately they could not find out the clean so they could not do the work. I was shown by them about the camera that which they intended and summarized a few alternatives. So while I can't evaluate them about the quality of the work, I. Can say that they were definitely professional and punctual.

Rodrigo and ricardo did a fantastic job cleaning my drain to get a price that is fantastic. The drain was difficult to do, one plumber already failed until Rooter Heros saved the day and showed up.

They do a job and overcharge the customers. They leave the job incomplete rather than come back to complete the job. Do not recommend this company at all! If you would like to waste your money pick Rooter Hero Plumbing.

Asked plumber to return and repair front toilet sink (so that it will not drain to rear toilet ). Plumber wouldn't admit when he'd drilled a hole that he'd screwed up. Said the pipe was old and never his difficulty
Called a drain that was plugged to be fixed by them. Plumber drilled a hole to bathroom through wall. Ended up using a hole in the pipe. Said it would cost $1,300 to repair. Drain is unplugged, but the front and toilet sinks drain to bucket in toilet
All I need is to allow them to fix the front toilet leak AT NO COST TO ME since the leak wasn't caused by us
Problem is that we had NO PROBLEM in toilet sink before plumber drilled a hole from bathroom that is rear into front toilet

My main sewer pipe had a clogged. Rodrigo showed up gave me a reasonable cost to repair the issue. And also took care of the issue quickly. He was very professional and explained in detailed what caused my problem. 100% would recommend this company to anybody!
