Dave is a true professional. He managed to purge a emptying that is slow. I am very satisfied with the partners and the outcome at Rooter Town. I will certainly use this company that is good again.

I would never recommend them based off of the expertise and would say that this is the worst experience I've had with contractors working on my house.
Well this was a nightmare, so I had a shrub toot in my primary line. The Plummer"Supervisor" started at $5,800 to substitute the line. He eventually came for, Once I told him I am getting more quotes. To $3900. Said his men were not working and the work was wanted by him. Needless to say that was the best part for me. They dropped off a hoe and left it on my lawn to the evening. They began work. My sprinkler line cuts and didn't mention it to my spouse or myself. The supervisor had been dealing with the man of the house and attempted to say he"abandoned my spouse a message" they then buried the broke line below the dirt with out it off or even marking it so that I knew where it was. After my sprinklers turned on, found out the line was cut and da water bubbling up.
They then scratched my house base and struck. Bent my water and that I had to contend with the guy to get this repaired. To top it off I have a sink hole in my front yard where the hole was dug by these men. Have had to place 8 buckets of dirt to the hole already.

Wow excellent support that is easy that is fast was this afternoon, was early took care of the whole issue in less than 30 minutes fixed the issue with our drain considerate respectful. . There were no hidden charges cost or agendas. I am impressed with this company and I will certainly use them in the future thank you a lot for being so professional that I need. I highly recommend this company

They offer a $95 sewer cleaning (a great price ), but then"lure" you into quite expensive, questionable fixes. By expensive I mean twice the price of others. And, they're pros at the"used-car salesman" get a much better price from the boss pitch. I trusted this business - . I paid $ 5,800 for an repair and have my sewer line issue. I might have paid (and might have to cover ) another firm $7,800 for a permanent fix. My advice - don't snack like I did - it'll cost you big time. Just maybe my"down the drain" price will help you avoid my mistake.

I won't permit these folks on my property .
Update: They called me the following Monday to"put me on the program". Again, what?? They offered a refund when I explained that I had had two technicians outside and paid $295 for absolutely nothing, but I'll make certain to follow up if it will not come through.
Rather, I called Miguel at Our Drain and Sewer (inspection is posted) and he was able to match us in. And, what can you know, the sewer line has been rid of roots for a portion of the cost!

This firm reacted quickly to my online request and got me a exact same day appointment. Dave, our tech, was thorough and very friendly with solutions. Thanks again!

It required an additional $300 to mend what Rooter Town awakened. The bad guys that came by were obviously not trained in anything but up selling. After this mess, they contended for a very long time about paying them for creating those problems with me. They are good at that. The roto router guys are not certified technicians. Don't use them for 95 bucks or $95.
This didn't work. After another technician arrive to assist out the first one. After 5 hours they presented me a bill for about $600. The house was a wreck where they burst. In the restroom, it was filthy with drops of poison goo that came in the sewer line roto routing. These are the headlines of the mess. Als

My son named Rooter Town on my behalf Sunday afternoon, and within moments, Victoria phoned me directly to set a time to allow their tech to come unclog my kitchen drain no extra charge for Sunday service. She called again to state the tech was on his way, and Dave arrived 20 minutes later. Really knowledgeable guy who cleared the drain. I highly recommend them and would do business together again.

I'm so thankful for this corporation. . I phoned and got a employee Eric. . Eric was so nice and professional. . He explained everything that he was going to do. . He checked to make sure everything was operating well and check to make sure the sink and disposal work. . I will call this company everytime support is needed by us. . I must admit that I would have been very hesitant to get hold of them when I had looked at Yelp testimonials. The $5,500 for substituting 8 ft online (and often not needed) appears like a reoccurring theme, something that they really need to deal with.
The star rating is completely about the work that Anthony did, and does not include their scheduling team. I was tempted to reduce the evaluation by a star, since they cancelled an appointment (in the last moment ) which was supposed to happen the day before, because of an unexpected workload that day. I advised the scheduler that the reason they were selected by me was their availability to get it done that day, unlike another firm that has been a day later.
Anthony came out to clean a backed up drain from a bathroom sink (copy was beyond the p-trap and to the wall). He was really very professional and friendly, in addition to being very helpful about the procedure and suggestions for tools (I had a poorly designed and old snake which didn't function, which was the reason I called them). He did the job quite well and efficiently, and I'd recommend him any day for this work (even though we probably don't have a choice about who shows up).

David did a fantastic job in clearing our bathroom here. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Dave from Rooter Town came into our home backed up bathroom. He was soo sufficient and kind. Booths were worn by him even and over his sneakers over the wheels of the snake machine!!! The job came with a 30 day warranty and was completed quickly. I'd recommend this firm to all!!!

Called Rooter Town to get a kitchen sink clog. Eric did an outstanding job and came out. Everything was explained by him as he had been doing it.

Dave got the work done very professionally, was on time, and did outs for us clean as well.

Finest experience and customer service! Eric was professional and so informative! I heard a lot about what needs to be accomplished with my sewer and water lines and what is working well now. Rooter Town is very reliable and I wasn't oversold on anything! I highly, highly recommend!

Professional and efficient! We had same day service on a Sunday to get a stubborn kitchen drain - no extra charge for weekend support. Dave provided suggestions to maintain our drain clear going forward and did a fantastic job. He left the area under our sink cleaner than before we ran into drain problems. These men will be my'go to' plumbing problems going forward.

I had a very simple and fantastic experience with this company. Josh M. Came out to help me with a new faucet fixture that continued to leak after I installed it. Because there was probably something wrong with the fixture itself (or let's face it, could have been user error upon installation), he wasn't able to make that 1 work, but offered to come back the next morning without additional charge to set up a new one that I would provide him. He was very professional, fast, and neat. I would definitely use this company again for any pipes demands I have! They also don't have any excursion fees supplies and labor, and I do not live at the most convenient place so that is always a plus.

Customer service was very helpful addressing my concerns and reached out. They had been very understanding in regards to a number of the issues that I had, and did everything in their power to make matters right.

He even cleared some clogs up for no additional charge in the upstairs bath and a sink!

Dave came over to our home in Gunbarrel to figure out what's causing the copy within our tub in the basement bathroom. Turns out it was roots that got into the sewer line in the house to the main on the street!

Until he came my drain was slow had a technician come out snake my drain. . Charged me. .washed a load of laundryit backed up into my bathtub. . I named the back they said send someone in the next 2 hours. . No one comes, I phoned them back. . ." Oh sorry a few people work for a living and can not take a shower with a tub full of dirty water... Edit inspection owners kid came out found difficulty, and it will be repaired today. . Fantastic guy will surely use this provider again. .
