Our tub being the dummy that I'm, decided to use a plunger, and wasn't draining. We purchased our house back and I understood our pipes were older. Turns out the plunger pressure blew our tub waste pipe . This induced a pool of water to flow to the cellar. I gave a call and talked to Omar who managed quickly assess the matter and to come out. Omar & David did a wonderful job. We can finally shower again. Omar was upfront about the cost and explained in detail what needed to happen. He let me know of other possible problems with our plumbing. We are going to have to re-pipe in the near future as our cellar pipes are extremely old. Great experience working with David & Omar.
Yesterday's weather has been really stressful on my home. Woke up to water backing up in 2:30am & instantly went to Yelp to hunt for emergency pipes in my region. I predicted a total of 4 & this is the only firm that called me . Based on that they'd get an automatic 3 stars. Because they worked HARD to figure out the matter I am giving 5 stars. The crew tried for a couple hours but they explained that I needed the water pressure method & the cost if they couldn't get the water to return. The crew arrived shortly afterwards they place in at least two hours to remove the water. Omar explained while I figured out my next steps what needed to happen next & was very patient & adapting. For that I am immensely grateful! Regardless of what services are being provided customer service is key to gain & keep clients. I will call them again for any needed plumbing services!
After discovering my kitchen drain drained than 16, I predicted this plumbing firm. The plumber that showed up was professional and friendly. I mentioned that this happens around this time of year. He recommended that we run a camera down the pipe to nail the issue and repair the issue. The camera enabled me to see the blockage and he was able to provide a quote to solve the issue to me. After a hour or so he completed the job and showed me the pipes. I don't need to worry about my pipes every fall being obstructed.
