In the receipt, labour charge was $540 with one-year warranty and the parts costed $179.40. Had plumber Min come out to install valves and faucet under kitchen sink. He pushed me into making a 5 star review which I did because he was fine. After 1 day tap was noisey so that I called they would sent out a plumber free of charge. The plumber came out and said it could not be fixed by him. Later in the day that they emailed me with a charge for about $104 for that visit that was useless. I will file a complaint and feel that is an attempt to take advantage of a senior citizen as well as request a return of the fee that is emptiness todays and $750.

Over charge and Questionable behaviorI reject his services and got suspicious.
Roto rooter is never called by will again.
Called another random plumbing and finished the job for $191.50.
I advised him that is expensive. He provided $100 off.

Jimmi of Roto Rooter arrived to clear a kitchen blocked. He wanted to charge 404 and then he wanted me to sign a paper to allow them if some pipe broke not to taking accountable.

I called Roto-rooter to get an plumbing problem. They never showed up and provided a four-hour window. They refused to offer updates or guaranteed a call back and I called them in that window to check on their ETA and never did.
Some brokers were polite, some not so much. Bad experience overall.

And today we press charges from Roto Rooter tech for attack. This business is How do you permit your techs to flip off people and say since they shove you??????!!!!!! fuck you Wow!

The amount was $360 after $40 off coupon. (A bit pricey but got the job done)

Plumber arrives. His title is ANGEL from Fresno. Fitting name. Sure , he forces my clog to be cleared by this steel pipe !
Last night, I obstructed the kitchen sink throughout dinner. Nasty water will not drain on both sides and backed up. This can be on Saturday 10pm.

Never revealed to apt. Called at the end of the night to reschedule to call and say they were going to be late and call back when some can make it. When I complained they said they see how fast they are able to have somebody out and will call me back. I phoned and left a back up apt with a flat charge of $250 with another firm for the next day. Roto-Rooter called back wanted $350 and ended up showing up. Awful Customer Support and Way more costly than what other rooter companies charge!

I called for them to give me a free estimate and the Man shows up at my home & tells me that they charge"$500" & that Is just for cleaning the drains from the toilets

Trey took the time to spell out, and was professional, knowledgeable and he then did a spit inspection of all water lines and pipes in house. I was impressed with all the professional services I received.
I called roto rooter and the day the project was completed in two hours when I called to get an appt.

And you get a thank you card to provide a 10% reduction on the service that is next.

You see, you call Roto Rooter look at a job and to emerge and provide a quote. You call two or three times over a three week period. You get lots of no estimate and still apologies.
Well, where do I begin.

Disrespectful from the Beginning. He decided to walk into my bedroom . Then he wanted to tell that the components are left to me and I want to open up the walls to replace the whole assembly. Liar... I bought the components and showed him. I can but more online also. Then I watched him fight to put back a valve in. He can not do the job, so why bother.

They came out quickly to replace a valve in my shower. However, they quoted me $850. I gladly showed the doorway, watched a 3 minute youtube movie and had the shower fixed in 20 minutes for $40. WHAT A RIP-OFF!

I Watched the rooter Man not having the rudimentary knowledge of Pipes -- but confident in his ignoranceA task costed by Rote Rooter over $500.00 was completed by an excellent plumber for $180.

Terrible support. Stated they'd show up at 8am today; did not arrive till 2pm. Way too costly. $350 flat rate to snake a kitchen sink pipe. Mr. Rooter is better!

We had sewage back in the basement and need a cleaning service. They were supposed to appear on Saturday and nobody showed up, they called around noon stayed they would appear at 4 however 4 came and left and nobody showed up. I canceled the ceremony and called the company, not I sent them packing and 5 minutes later 2 children show up to do the work.

Wait around for some jackass, and I must take work to get a half day off to show up? GTFO, I'll call a man, prob spend half as far, and get twice the level of service.
