I had been having the worst day after dropping my bag with my keys. I had no means of getting another crucial for my vehicle and was in the mall. I called the dispatcher and RS Motors locksmith was very helpful. I Couldn't have asked for better service and technology was quite professional. Thanks.
I had my keys stolen on Monday day along with my apartment complex lockout service was non-responsive so I eventually called a"locksmith." After originally being told it would be a 35 minute wait, the locksmith eventually revealed 2 hours after my call - he stated he got another job and forgot to call me. He was dressed in what can only be described as orange pajama & blue - shorts he always had to pull up around his waist. Afterward, unlike trained locksmith I have dealt with in the past, '' he drilled my door instead of having a pressure pump procedure I have seen used on several events as he"did not have the components." Buddy. . .that's the job! It had gotten so late I couldn't call anybody without needing another hour to get into my 25, through awaiting .
Worst experience I have ever had. This could even be my first review - I have frankly used Yelp 1000s of times over the years to make purchase decisions, and no matter how mediocre a good or service has been, I normally did not feel like I was getting all out ripped off and cheated.
When it was all said and done, he charged me a total of $440 and spent 9 minutes to drill a hole in my door. I have been better off kicking in my door and paying for a brand new door. I will probably still have to purchase a new door and'm out almost that cash. Seriously, keep away from these clowns.
An hour and a half later and $100 more than I had been nominated ($150 total) my car is unlocked. Improvement is needed by their communication system between the technicians, although original representative seemed friendly.
