4 minutes after their mechanic gives me a call and tells me he'll be here in 20 minutes. He shows a few minutes early and quoted me $100 to unlock the vehicle. Told him that the price was fine and he got to work. Greater than 3 minutes that the vehicle is finally free! Paid for his left and service.
Receptionist who answered the phone was professional and seemed super friendly. Mechanic was friendly and professional.
Called San Jose locksmith to help me unlock a new vehicle. Over the phone I gave them more advice concerning the automobile, my address on where they need to meet me, name, best phone number to reach mepersonally, and at less than 1 moment the conversation was over telling me their mechanic will call me shortly after to provide me a quotation and how much time it'll take for him to be here.

In 2:20 p.m., I still had not heard from him.
No call, no display.
I'll use someone else.
I had a scheduled appointment with Shay. I called at 1:20 p.m. to remind him of this appointment. The secretary said he would call me.

Read the reviews and someone said they were able to receive a copy of a secret that says don't duplicate lol, for me personally worked well they did not so minus one start but the copies and they were price. Had to go get a copy of the crucial that is other somewhere but it's alright the costs were quite affordable here.

They came out and created a crucial.... But I had been clear on the telephone when I said it had been an earlier Honda... he said 20 minutes.... Arrived 45 minutes later.... Then acts like he misunderstood the problem (though I had been clear, I'd the phob but maybe not the secret ).... What was quoted at 165.00 is now 240.00...

These guys are great! They go the extra mile to be sure the customers are satisfied and truly care about their business. Their prices are fair and I don't have any complaints. I called 10 mins before arriving and they assisted me along with my locks effectively. Additionally, it is great that they open on weekends!

I phoned the San Jose Locksmith (-LRB-408-RRB- 614-7772) to remove/replace a padlock that was stuck closed on my driveway gate. They were there within one hour, cut the lock off and came with a new lock and keys. The only hiccup was that the message wasn't conveyed to the locksmith who came that I had a padlock. Aside from that courteous service, in a price that is reasonable. I would call them.

Locked my key in my vehicle. Called multiple businesses and most experienced a 1.5 hour wait or more. Some told me to phone. Stumbled upon San Jose Locksmith and Derek came out within 25 minutes. Super fast and friendly. Good experience!

Edit: the manager Jacob apologized and got back to me. They informed me of and the technician showed me that the key works, you just have to play with it just a little and eventually the key wears itself down. These guys are great, initially I just needed someone to help out me and it felt like I had been brushed away but Jacob and his staff really do care to be certain their customers are happy. You can go here knowing if not you will know that their very best tried and that these men will go the extra mile. Jacob offered a refund to the emergency that is not needed to me, these men are already offering their solutions.
Brought in my smart key with the emergency key. The smart key worked however, the emergency key was too thick. Took me an entire week to get in contact of the technician who did it. They then told me over the telephone they would fix it so we made another appointment (which was waiting for another whole week), just for them to tell me (2 hours prior to the appointment) that because it was a key which I earned, they will not fix it. Yeah don't waste your time.

Hands down best support from any company. We called, Derek came in about 30 minutes to our house and had our safe opened in approximately ten minutes. It had been so quick and easy since I couldn't lift it and he was really nice about getting it. AND he took it away ! He offered to do it although we were going to have to throw it out ourselves. This was and it was worth it. If you need a safe or lock call Derek!

It's the second time I use their agency's Professional Service certainly and fast nice my local locksmiths!!

Until I discovered this place searched for months. Every locksmith was just a service which charges an extra charge. He managed to create me my keys into some DO NOT DUPLICATE key... He had been quite kind, approachable and even offered to help me out if they did not work (my copy was a copy from Home Depot) He is going to become a mobile locksmith but said I could call him and go to him without the extra charge. I am going back to him. The secret includes his name and number genius, for his company.

It's best to give them a call before dropping by to reserve a time. For when I want them very friendly and efficient service, would keep them.

My first time at this new satellite location (chief on Alum Rock. Got lock re-keyed. Quick & friendly. Lots of parking a few spots in front, but also have free empty parking lot across road. I have another lock to re-key (odd brand) they said they can perform as a Schlage secret, so I will be going back with this one again shortly.

These men are professionals! Fantastic service and quick. I needed a commercial cut key created and they had the ability to do the work for free! Will definetly be returning for future work.

First off, I was quoted on the phone for a rekey $45-$75 + $20 service fee which shouldn't come out to more than $100, sounds great to methey come out, tell me its $180, and that I consent to that though its not the price I was quoted, he spent 15 minuets trying to find the job done, and he stops and tells me that I need a new lock and its $480. I tell him no thank you, and that I cover the service fee. I called CLEARLY told me that the cost on the phone before arriving, rekeyed the door in under 5 minuets.

The Man was really nice and helpful, he made the keys Ideal, and the Fantastic part there are Lots of parking lots, thank you san jose locksmith
