Sanders Lock & Key is just one of those places that if you walk in their area of business you know that you will be speaking to someone who knows locks! I have bought Master pad locks in addition to Medeco locks out of Sanders Lock and Key. They have all of your lock needs.

Hubby & I locked ourselves out of our flat on a drizzling day that was infrequent in Southern California. We contacted Sanders Lock & Key and they told us it'd be on a 30-45 minute wait. We waited about 25 minutes for John who greeted us with fantastic service and we're in our apartment inside a second.
I'm only rating down one star because the price was $85. It took ONE second to receive open. When I had a bobby pin, I might have picked it; this price seems a bit overpriced but the service, simplicity, and speed are fantastic.

Very simple procedure! Carlos was knowledgeable & helpful. They've a huge wall of keys. Never knew keys were different per vehicle. Other than that he was fine, location is easy to find, trip smooths

David came in the time window that they was really favorable and supplied. Took apart the door knob assembly, couldn't find anything wrong and put it all back together, tightened everything up and the door functioned. As it is 10 years old, he said it ought to work fine but in the event it goes bad it the long run, I should replace the door hanger unit. Didn't take him so that he didn't charge anything. Compare it to a chance work a few short years back. I understand that if/when this happens again and its nice to be treated fairly, I will certainly call Sanders to perform the job. I had been in Claremont where they have a law about leaving your car parked in the road. I wanted to move my car and whelp and had been in a residential area, keys were stuck indoors. Stress manner: on.
On a day, I ended up locking my keys in my car and did not realize until I went to transfer my car at 2:30am.

To make things worse, it began raining. Due to maneuvering on the telephone with AAA, no one was able to be sent out until 4am, but Sanders came back and saved my day. Stress mode: a bit high.

Locked my keys. Since it takes about 30-45 mins to get someone out thru AAA I tried opening myself. Not that time. They dispatched Sanders and of hanging , over a moment I got a text message stating that the driver was on his way. Ignacio unlocked the door and showed up. I've used Sanders AAA for battery support on 3 of my cars. They're straightforward and honest. I had any other company through AAA as well that attempt to pull some BS showing me stats that I dont understand selling me a battery. One even said it had been less than 2 years old and I had an older battery.

We secured our key that was ONLY in the truck and got ourselves! The young lady who does me reassured it was nothing to be concerned about & Sanders lock and key assisted us out quickly. They were able to send someone to help us within 10 to 15 minutes. Wow! I will save this business in our system and make sure we utilize their services if it's ever needed in the future. The company ruined my vehicle. I had them attempt to make a copy of a key for me which they said will take roughly 30 mins. It took them about 3 hours to not have it work. They ruined my ignition and the mechanism . I told them the problem and they refused responsibility. I moved to go back in the store to describe them that it's their duty. The manager slammed the door on my finger crushing. I'll take up. No one go here. This is a company that is disgusting and the manager is.

My locks are damaged by them. Placed locks on gates where they created my wife's and that I evening a nightmare shouldn't have been. I explained my situation and contacted Sanders the following day. They said no worries, we'll look after the problem. Michael Melton came, and I knew he went to right a wrong. He assessed the situation and went to work. Knowledge and his professionalism had been second to none. Even though he said it would take about four hours to finish the job, he ended in one and a half an hour. Fantastic. Plus, he gave us some very valuable security tips on safety. If my wife and I could give him (12) celebrities we'd. . Where do I begin. My wife and I bought a home and had to change all of the locks out at the home. So my wife and I decided to give 24/7 Security Systems a shot, needless to say my old company Sanders was not available. This is the choice, and I've created most, in my life. By the time the technician came at 12 pm, before the time he and his boys left at Midnight, yes you heard it directly Midnight, it was a fiasco, and also one explanation after another.
