That they could help with my issue, when I called the girl I spoke to was polite and told me. The door in my camper had locked and we could not open the door. Both of these Young people came out. They called their employer and looked in the lock. They lied to me and said they could find the door shut rather than simply tell me that they did not understand how to fix it. They screwed around phoning their employer every few minutes. Apparently their employer told them to find out it. 1 young man came up and explained the lock was broken, and asked if he could remover the lock. I said yes, since we had a second lock to the door that did function. The 2 men hammered in the lock and kicked at the door. When it was very apparent they had no clue what they were doing I advised them to leave and stop. I paid them just to make them leave and that I wish I hadn't. When they left I proceeded to scrutinize their"job". They not only damaged the doorway around the lock, but they broke the light and hit a hole in the door. I will NEVER USE or RECOMMEND this business to anybody. BEWARE! I am now thinking about taking them.
